There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Welcome to our modern and newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment in Langenfeld for 2-3 people! Perfect for business trips or city trips – thanks to the ideal location between Cologne and Düsseldorf. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace for use. Two bicycles are also available for free use (e.g. to go to the train station).

The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The apartment has a separate entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle and fridge. There is also a private small terrace. Düsseldorf city center and the airport are quickly accessible by S-Bahn (the stop is approx. 15 minutes' walk away) or via the highway.
