Vacation rentals with a pool in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Wir haben als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus auf Sardinien verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom herrlichen Pool, der an heißen Tagen für eine willkommene Abkühlung gesorgt hat und von Groß und Klein ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam, perfekt zum Abschalten, und dennoch erreicht man Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Ausflugsziele schnell mit dem Auto. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge war unser Lieblingsplatz - einfach traumhaft! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und den Leuten vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

We stayed for one week at Villa Turandot and it was fantastic. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the house was more than spacious enough for us all, with ample bathrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Aircon was really appreciated. The large terrace upstairs is perfect for dining, playing games and daytime reading with lots of spots to hide yourself away. The pool was amazing - big enough to count and such a welcome respite from the Sardinian heat..we noted there weren't many properties in Torre Delle that had this luxury. We split our time between the pool and the local beach, which is less than 10 mins walk away. It's a lovely spot, crystal clear seas and very safe. We spent lots of time at the very chilled Cafe Do Mar there, nice vibes. Enrico was a great host, very helpful with excellent communications.

Max und Lory sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren super schön. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger anschließen. Der Kühlschrank war tatsächlich bis zum Rand gefüllt . 1000 Dank dafür!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Federico hat sehr schnell geantwortet und der Empfang von Ricardo war herzlich, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Super schönes Badezimmer, gemütliche Betten, tolle Lage, wunderschöner Strand! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

wat een geweldige ervaring was dit. grote kamers, prachtige tuin (citroen, limoen, granaatappels etc) met 2 zwembaden (niet heel groot maar prima om in af te koelen) Voor rustzoekende vakantiegangers een grote aanrader. we werden uitgenodigd door Simone voor een pizzaparty waar ook familie van hem bij aanwezig was. Erg leuk en lekker. wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben immer selber gekocht, da die Restaurants völlig überteuert waren. Zudem konnten wir beim Nachtessen den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Simonetta hat sich öfters gemeldet und nachgefragt. Wir könneen diese Unterkunft weiterentfehlen.

A perfect stay. Alessandro was an excellent host, meeting us at both check-in and check-out, offering to help with luggage and even lovingly preparing a welcome snack of fruits and meats, and stocking the cupboards with essentials. The apartment was amazing - roller black out blinds for the kids, pristine swimming pool and sun deck, all the amenities, aircon, and even a BBQ which we used twice. Everything was thought through and well catered for. Location-wise, it suited us perfectly - never a problem with noise, parking, a park 5 minutes away, a small shop 1 minute away, and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. As for Pula and South Sardinia itself - perfect; incredible beaches, great food and friendly locals.

C'est sincèrement le meilleur logement sur Airbnb que nous avons loué. Le logement est spacieux, propre, calme et tout est à disposition pour un séjour longue durée. L'hôte est très réactive et met à disposition des serviettes de bain, un parasol et permet l'utilisation d'un barbecue. L'ambiance est tellement reposante et la vue magnifique ! Nous n'avons absolument aucune critique à faire, nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Apparemment atypique,Simonetta a été très accueillante,nous avons passés 4 nuits au calme et nous recommandons vivement ce logement hors période touristique comme nous venons de le faire .

Nous avons passé 2 semaines absolument parfaites dans la villa de Monica et Claudio. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, et très disponibles. La maison avec sa piscine a été bien située à proximité de la plage, des supermarchés et des restaurants. Leur voiture nous a été utile pour faire des excursions à Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, les plages de Chia, Oristabo et Barumini. C'était parfait.

Logement super, lieu top, hôtes très accueillants ! Audrey propose un appartement très très mignon, propre, dans un endroit calme. Il y’a également à disposition un parasol, des chaises pour la plage et même des jeux pour enfants! Un petit cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait à notre arrivée ! Audrey et son mari sont d’une très grande gentillesse, nous avons eu un petit problème de fourmis (problème connu sur l’île, ce n’est en aucun cas la faute des hôtes!!!) , mais Audrey et son mari ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien ! Ils se sont même déplacés dans l’appartement pour tenter de trouver une solution pour se débarrasser de ses fourmis…. Nous recommandons ce logement (aussi pour une petite famille c’est vraiment vraiment super)!
