Je recommande à 100%. On a passé 1 super sejour. hôtes très accueillants, reactifs. Maison très propre, climatisée, décorée avec goût. Jardin très sympa avec table pour manger, salons de jardins, hamac. Le top pour les enfants: jeux dans le jardins, babyfoot, jeux de société et même nintendo !! On s'est senti comme à la maison 😁 Pleins de petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner, déjeuner, notre fils, etc ... quartier calme, proche de toutes les commodités avec la voiture .

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Wir danken Ihr von ganzem Herzen und wünschen Ihr und ihrer Familie alles Gute und freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes Mal 🥰

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Debora und Ruggio in Elmas. Besonders dankbar waren wir für den flexiblen Check-in, da wir nachts ankamen. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen bequem mit dem Zug erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, alles war sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Frühstücksküche: Auch wenn keine Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden ist, war sie hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Snacks, Joghurt, Müsli, frischem Obst, Säften, Wasser sowie (laktosefreie) Milch. Eine Kapselmaschine mit Kaffee, Tee, Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung – alles sauber und vollständig bestückt. Das Bad war wie der Rest der Unterkunft frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Bahnhof, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Debora und Ruggio – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Max und Lory sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren super schön. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger anschließen. Der Kühlschrank war tatsächlich bis zum Rand gefüllt . 1000 Dank dafür!

We were lucky to rent a house from Rosi and Giorgio during a month. It is very well-organized and comfortable, you get used to it very fast, and it was very sad for us to leave in the end) It is a very good choice for staying with family or in a group of friends. The position of the house is very good: bus stop and supermarket are less than 15 minutes away on foot, and there are also restaurants in the same area. And swimming pool was very nice too! Even though we usually went to the sea, we refreshed in the pool with great pleasure, especially on very hot days) The beach is located in about 30 minutes of relaxed walk, and it was really nice to go for swimming early in the morning before a busy day. And the last but not the least: the hosts! Rosi and Giorgio, thanks a lot for your kindness, hospitality and constant readiness to help with all our questions, you are the best! Hope to return soon)

Super nice flat, just what we needed, would recommend!

La casa di Carla ed Elio è stata un'esperienza ben oltre le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio è meraviglioso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Vicino alla spiaggia di Nora e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona (Chia, Tueredda, ecc) ma anche il centro di Cagliari. Un ringraziamento particolare a Carla ed Elio, due persone squisite di una gentilezza disarmante. Dal primo momento ci hanno accolto e presentato la casa in ogni suo angolo, mettendo a disposizione oggetti per la spiaggia e il mare così come una dispensa fornitissima, dalla colazione alla cena. Comodissimi anche materassi e cuscini. L'ultimo giorno della nostra permanenza abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con la nostra auto e anche in questa occasione Carla ed Elio si sono dimostrati fin troppo gentili e disponibili nell'aiutarci a risolvere. Una permanenza super consigliata a tutti!Speriamo di poter presto tornare.

On se sent très bien chez Fabrizio et Claudia, comme chez nous. Fabrizio nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour que notre arrivée se passe bien. En arrivant nous avons trouvé de la nourriture et des boissons en cadeau d'accueil, c'est adorable, merci ! Ensuite, la maison était vraiment propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin : serviettes, gel douche, essuie-tout, sel, poivre, café, liquide-vaisselle, parasol, séchoir, pinces à linge... La salle de bain à l'intérieur est petite, c'est vrai, mais celle sur la terrasse est couverte et plus spacieuse. La vue sur les collines est aussi très jolie. La pizzeria Miticus à proximité est excellente (nous n'avons pas testé les autres) et le personnel très aimable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Solanas. Merci beaucoup également pour votre disponibilité !

Das waren wunderbare Tage in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung im dem schönen Haus des sehr gastfreundlichen Corrado in einem landschaftlich reizvollen Pinienhain !

This is a gem of an Airbnb! Matteo was so proactive and helpful, giving us a wonderful guide to check in and local recommendations. If we had any questions he was so quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the sights of Cagliari but not too close that you’re in the middle of town. We will definitely come back to Cagliari and will stay here again, thank you Matteo!!

Great location in the old part of the city. Good communications with host. Good for a short stay as shower and kitchen a little small.

The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

Byliśmy na rodzinnym wyjeździe wakacyjnym i wybór apartamentu oferowanego przez Patrizie i Filippo okazał się niezwykle szczęśliwym. Miejsce jest idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi - spacerem 15 minut od pięknej plaży i widokowych wzgórz, blisko restauracje, supermarket i autobus do miasta. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za doskonałe wyposażenie mieszkania - było wszystko do miłego spędzenia czasu oraz plażowania. Po przyjeździe przywitał nas przy wejściu Filippo - bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Gościnność było widać na każdym kroku - dziękujemy za wspaniałe wyposażenie lodówki w owoce, napoje i ciastka - to było bardzo miłe. Podkreślamy bardzo dobry kontakt - Patrizia odpowiadała na każde zapytanie w krótkim czasie i pomagała gdy mieliśmy pytania. Dziękujemy również za pomoc ostatniego dnia - to było bardzo piękne przy podróży z 2 letnim maluchem. Serdecznie dziękujemy. Polecamy wszystkim - Patrizia i Filippo to najlepsi gospodarze w Cagliari.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans le logement de Marco, l’appartement est impeccable, très bien située et dans une résidence calme et respectueuse. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Marco et Simona sont disponibles, réactifs et compréhensifs! À notre arrivée nous avons eu plus de 2h de retards à cause de notre vol, ce qui nous a fait arriver à 22h et malgré cela ils nous ont attendus sans nous en tenir rigueur! Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons adoré notre séjour en Sardaigne ☀️

Alessandra è un host esperto, professionale, preciso e gentile L’accoglienza è stata amichevole e cordiale e Alessandra è disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno Un altro punto a favore è la colazione con ottimi dolci e marmellate buonissimi preparati da Alessandra e disponibili anche alimenti per intolleranti e allergici La zona pur non essendo centralissima è comunque non lontana dal centro anche a piedi e offre in zona alcune possibilità di svago Facilità di trovare posteggio e molta tranquillità Stanza e bagno e biancheria pulitissimi, ordinati con tutto il necessario (tv, Wi-Fi, condizionatore, ) Ottima esperienza consiglio sicuramente la location

Very nice house inside and outside with a beautiful garden. We stayed in 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Piero met us cheerfully and showed everything we could need during our stay. The house is close to Cagliari, just 20 minutes ride. He recommended us a few restaurants nearby and responded very quickly to all my requests. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning at a sunny terrace: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, different snacks, plenty of water, juice and soft drinks. It was a nice start to explore Sardegna! Grazie!

Die Unterkunft ist in echt genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten einen kurzen aber angenehmen Aufenthalt. Für Ausflüge Restaurants etc. ist auf jeden Fall ein Auto notwendig, da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist. Das ist so ja aber auch beschrieben und dann kein Problem.

Alloggio bellissimo, sembra un orto botanico dedicato alle piante grasse, direi stupendo, camere pulitissime e bagno davvero molto bello Ottima anche la colazione con vasta scelta

Mariano ist ein wundervoller Mensch und Gastgeber - man fühlt sich bei ihm gleich wie zu Hause. Auch das Haus in der Nähe des Strandes ist ein Traum! Ein Highlight waren die Abendessen, die wir bei ihm genossen haben - tutto fatti in casa - Meraviglioso!!!! Danke Mariano, du hast unseren Urlaub zu etwas Unvergesslichem gemacht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful place. We had contact with Elisa throughout our stay, we did not meet Francesca. In the B&B there are 4 bedrooms, we stayed here with 8 people and thus used all the rooms and had the B&B to ourselves - this was great. The rooms are fully equipped & also with airco (amazing!). We rented a car so we could drive to Cagliari ourselves, the apartment is quite far away from the city center.

Everything was exceptionally good: cleanliness, hospitality, nicely served breakfast. The host gives you privacy but at the same time he is at your disposal once you need his help. I also used the bike which was very comfortable to ride. Highly recommend!
