House vacation rentals in Mestre, Venice

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Great place to stay in Italy! 20 minutes from Venice by car. The host of the house met upon arrival and throughout the stay constantly took care of the territory of the house. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story private house. The house is occupied by the host and another family. The grounds look well maintained and tidy! The pool is above all praise. A child and we spent hours in the pool. There are armchairs, chairs and sun umbrella and some things for playing in the pool. The apartment has air conditioning and everything you need for cooking (oil, sugar, salt, coffee for a geyser coffee maker), the coffee maker itself, a toaster and everything else. The apartment can be recommended for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as for exploring Venice and the surrounding area.

The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet setting but is at a good distance from cities such as Venice, Padua and Chioggia. You can relax at the cottage so well combine with a trip to a city nearby. Incidentally, there are also fine restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house itself is modern, clean and equipped with well-functioning airconditioners everywhere (which is nice if the temperature outside rises to 37 degrees). The garden is incredibly spacious and well maintained. The pool is really beautiful, and a nice size. The fact that the pool is shared with the owner and her children was no problem for us. You really have enough privacy. The communication with Francesca was good; she responds quickly, gave clear instructions for check-in and fun tips for restaurants or things to do or visit in the area. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed for us – we would come back anytime!

Beautiful accommodation, well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining space. Three bedrooms each with their own ensuites that are modern and clean. Outdoor area, large private grassy area, patio with plenty of furnishings and BBQ. The local area, was peaceful and having the canal running opposite was wonderful to watch the boats going by. Communication with the owners was very easy via email and in person and they responded in a timely manner. Checking in and out was seamless, even allowing an earlier check in and checking out at 6 am. I would highly recommend this property and it was perfect for my family of 6 adults. My only criticism is that it was advertised having WIFI. However, there wasn't this facility, this didn't impact our stay but might for families with teenage children.

My family and I spent 6 nights at Marco and Elena's. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. Especially practical were the mosquito nets and the air conditioning in the rooms. The location is quiet and about 30 minutes' walk from the center. You can easily get to Venice by bus. We enjoyed it and would come back. Thank you for the welcome gift and the smooth communication👍🏼🤩

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Incredible place to stay, super private and peaceful with a bright and open interior and lovely outside seating area, the place was spotless with was nice interior decor touches giving the place that added bit of personality. The walk in closet is a brilliant space to store both clothes and luggage and really added a little something extra the space, as well as the glass staircase which is beautiful (if not a little scary to walk on initially). Well connected location with easy access to train stations and plenty of good restaurants and places to stop for ice cream along the way. The owners were super responsive as well which just made everything so much easier. Brilliant place to stay, cannot recommend enough!

We loved the place! Charming and well appointed and mostly perfect location. The roof terrace made it the most perfect!

We only stayed for one day at Giorgia's AirBnB; the location very close to the tram stop, which will take you to the heart of Venice in 20 minutes. The home is very clean; the area is quiet and safe. Giorgia is very responsive to our questions; we don't have to wait a day for her to respond. Even with the language barrier, she tried her best (thru Google translate) to show us the area - the bakery, the tram stop, the tram schedule. Highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful week at Alessandra's apartment. Roof terrace was great. Beautifully maintained apartment, clean and equipped with every comfort, even a bathrobe! Location of the apartment is close to the boat connection Palanca. From there, you can be in Venice and the locations of the Biennale in no time.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

We had a great stay at Luca and Jessica's place. It is very clean and well located. You can get to the city of Venice by train or bus. The restaurants in the area are very tasty and courteous. The apartment is well equipped with a clean kitchen. We also thank the hosts for their quick response times and flexibility. Highly recommend! The only disadvantage is that the apartment is located on the main road and is well traveled. Accordingly, it is a bit noisy.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Apartment itself has a stunning antique furniture the allows you to truly feel your stay in Venice 😊 Host's were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was also excellent – they always responded quickly and were happy to help with anything. I’d highly recommend staying with Denis – it truly felt like a home away from home!

Dorina is a very nice, very responsive host. We came as 12 adults for 4 nights, the stay was great! Very easy to find, bus and tram stop 30m from the house, direct to Venice by bus. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully furnished and everyone had a nice, large bedroom, 4 bathrooms with toilet. Different restaurants and bars nearby. A big thank you, we had a great time, we will be happy to come back. All the best

The accommodation is very clean and peaceful, Super quiet neighborhood but clean lots of shops. Access by car or bus to Venice in about ten minutes. Very responsive host who really advised us well for visits. I recommend it.

An exceptional stay at Magdalena and Francesco’s stunning, impeccably clean home in Spinea! Had a gorgeous five days at Valentina’s. I didn’t want to leave! The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes from shops, bars and the grand canal, and the private terrace on the canal was a real highlight - a little oasis to enjoy a glass on wine or read a book! Valentina responded immediately when I contacted her too. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Stay in Monica's apartment in Treviso was outstanding. Traveling with my elder father. Although we didn’t even expect breakfast to be included, she contacted us in advance about providing us with local food. After checking allergies/preferences (my father won’t eat mammals or sweets and likes to make eggs and veggies every morning), we were greeted with fresh organic tomatoes and fresh picked courgettes and squash with blossoms still on them all grown by the host, local bread, smoked swordfish slices, eggs, beer, talisker whiskey, peaches, apricots and more. Extensive local food recommendations, convenient parking at the apartment, beautiful space with everything we could want right across the street from the old city. And so welcoming and helpful after a very rough travel day before we got here. Immediately felt at home, well fed and well guided by a local. She let us park past check in and sent us on our way with additional food as gifts. Can’t recommend more highly.
