Situata in posizione strategica troverete la fermata di autobus e tram davanti casa, la stazione dei treni a 600 metri e l'aeroporto Marco Polo a 15 minuti di auto. All'interno troverete una veranda living, una cucina attrezzata, una sala con smart tv e divano letto, 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni. Ideale per coppie, famiglie con bambini o amici.

In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.
