This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

Available public parking, free during nights and holidays in the vicinity of the flat. The flat (50 sqm) is provided with all comforts: 58" tv (prime videos, internet, etc.) and 42" TV, wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, electrical blinds, etc.
