Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

You will stay in a village with good infrastructure, in an idyllic location on the edge of the Black Forest. A small, old, beautifully renovated guest house (Rosi's Häusle) awaits you on two floors and with its own small garden area, with a cozy terrace, sandbox and a small turtle enclosure. Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

In a brick house from the 1920s, on the 2nd floor, there is a spacious, newly renovated apartment for up to 6 people. On 86 m² you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the bathroom with shower there are also a few hygiene items available, should you have forgotten something important at home.
