This unique place has an ambiance all its own. Located a few minute drive from historic old Mesilla and walking distance to a local coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and a pizza restaurant. Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building is fully renovated with stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.

Full front porch creates shade. This house is peaceful but just steps from the fiestas and activities on the historical Mesilla Plaza.

Sombra Del Valle is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood and within 5 minute walking distance to the historic Mesilla plaza and 2 minute walking distance to a Brewery and restaurant and approximately 5 minute drive to NMSU. The home is comfortable and spacious; great for family trips, honeymoons, or just a fun getaway. There is free guest private parking.
