Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Mesa County

It was like staying at your Aunt's home, cozy, and lovely, and in a location that's an easy communte in all directions. We will absolutely stay here again since it was a perfect space for us!

We were happy to find this spot in a great location close to the town with shops and restaurants a quick bike ride away. We came for the rides & vibes race weekend and were happily surprised by all we had nearby. Aiesha was quick to reply for check in needs and made sure we were good for our stay. The kitchen had all the items for cooking meals along with other pantry staples (spices, coffee, oatmeal). We will try to stay when we come back next year for the race!

This was our end stay at the Centennial House and hosting an event (our daughter's weding). The house was super clean and is stocked with almost any item a large family/group could need in their stay. Tamara has been so responsive, helpful, and encouraging through the planning process of using her beautiful space. She was quick to answer any questions and excelled in making sure things were ready and looking nice in the yard for us. This has been one of our favorite places to stay due to location, cleanliness, accommodations, and the hostess. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The home was clean and comfortable, and its location was fantastic, just a short walk to Pablo’s Pizza (our favorite) and Las Colonias Park. Accessing the Riverfront Trail for biking and running was easy and convenient. The evaporative cooling system was a bit loud, but it kept the home comfortable even with 96-degree temperatures outside, so we appreciated that. Parking along the side of the house was perfect, plenty of space for two vehicles or one with a trailer. The backyard was a nice touch, and having a shed for storing our bicycles was incredibly helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay with great amenities and an ideal location!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had, if not the best. Spacious, well-appointed, thoughtful amenities, in a beautiful setting. Well worth the drive to this Colorado gem, and priced below nearby places that couldn't compare. We slept deeply, loved having coffee on the deck listening to the birds, and walked all over Paonia. Hidden gem!

What an oasis! We loved the place. It was peaceful, clean, with incredible views and many thoughtful touches. Jacob & Jessica were so welcoming & full of great recommendations. They kindly accommodated our dog at the Escalante tent. Next time we will stay longer!

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful home to rent! Home decor was 1st class! Beds were so comfortable we all wanted to go and purchase the same beds! Linens and comforters were so so soft and smelled so fresh! All bedrooms and living areas had big smart TV's! Have many extra accessories and furniture for babies, children, pets if needed. Pool cover is retractable! Firepit very easy to use and enjoy! Lots of ample parking!! Home has such a peaceful spirit to it! Customer service is top notch! Outside of home is so serene with plenty of areas and furniture to relax. Has hammock in secluded area, two Minnie fridges, shower and bathroom by pool. Kitchen fully stocked! Has many garages for use if needed. Management company is so friendly and easy to deal with! Home does have many steps, so please be aware! Other than that, this a a beautiful space for families and gatherings! Absolutely just beautiful and serene!! You feel like you are in your own serene resort!! We hope to be back again!

This is our second time here and we absolutely love it. Our boys love running and playing with Ace the doggie and it’s a gorgeous spot. The house has everything we need to be comfortable and cook some meals. We can’t wait to be back!

We loved it!!! Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

Perfect location for multi family, multi location reunion as it was just down the street from two of our other homes. Sledding hill was a plus for the non-skiers @ the house. Host response tremendously timely & helpful. Accomodations very comfortable for everyone & appreciated the ample amount of amenities, especially the generous amount of Keurig cups. Overall made our family reunion stellar!

This Airbnb was the ideal home base for our time in Grand Junction. The location truly couldn’t be better! Right in town and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether it was restaurants, shops, or outdoor activities, everything was just minutes away. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-stocked. You can tell the host really cares as every amenity we could think of was provided, and the quality of everything (from appliances to linens) was noticeably higher than what you usually find in an Airbnb. Being dog friendly is another HUGE plus! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!

What a delightful stay we had… We would stay here again anytime. Away from the hustle and bustle of people and traffic. Dorothy was very pleasant and the home was equipped with absolutely everything we could ever want AND THEN SOME with fresh muffins, snacks, local wine (since this is a grape growing area!). The patio was lovely in a country setting with birds galore, bunnies, and even hummingbirds flitting around right in front of us! She has a wonderful garden planted out back. In the frig we’re fresh eggs from her chickens in the cutest little box. Sunrise over the Grand Mesa and sunsets out west! Thank you so much for providing such a pleasant home. We were visiting to attend the Palisade Bluegrass Festival and the 30 min drive into town through the orchards was a welcome treat.

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Great stay in Paonia. Nice basement level apartment is spacious. King size bed and large bathroom. Don’t hesitate to book.
