Eric was warm, gracious and welcoming. Went the extra effort to assure our comfort and satisfaction. Property is very well appointed and convenient to all amenities. Highly recommended to discerning guests!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness, peacefulness, and safe feel of where Christian's place was located. Not within walking distance to much, but a short uber drive of 12 - 15 minutes for most places. I was a bit nervous as this place was a little more spendy than what I had originally planned on, but we ended up being pleasantly surprised by all the details Christian & his co-host have thought of and leave for their guests. Things you may typically forget, as well as a warm welcome with two nice bottles of wine. One of which we bought again during our stay. Beautiful home! Christian and Jesse were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. Coffee machines to choose from. One of which my spouse said he is purchasing tonight, because he loved the way it made the coffee and how it tasted. The bed in the master bedroom provided great sleep. This is a big part of our stay and something we really look at reviews on, but not dissapointed.

Jane was super flexible with me as I attended a nearby conference for a few days. She was helpful and flexible given my schedule. I loved the location for proximity to shopping centers. It was peaceful and quiet. Overall, a beautiful place to stay! She also provides you with so many amenities it was well worth it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout with tall ceilings that made it feel open and airy. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. The location was super convenient—just a short drive to downtown Gilbert with lots of great restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Such a great place! Felt just like being in my own home. Everywhere I went was close, from a 20min walk to up to 10min Uber Ride away. Zoo, Botanical Garden, Aquatic Center and Old Town were all close! Grocery store was right across the street. Definitely recommend this place. I loved it.

Our stay at this stunning home in Phoenix was nothing short of exceptional. This property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard is truly a highlight—an inviting pool, plenty of shaded seating, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes unwinding effortless. It was the perfect way to escape the desert heat! Beyond the home itself, the location couldn’t be more convenient. With easy access to major thoroughfares, shopping, and restaurants, exploring the area was seamless. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, making it ideal for morning or evening walks with the dogs. Inside, the home is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is equipped for cooking up delicious meals, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. On top of all that, Sacha and his team went above and beyond to provide excellent and timely support when needed. Their attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable.

I have to say I was concerned about sharing a house with someone else, but Karen was just the sweetest kindest person ever. I hope she didn’t mind my mother and I always wanting to chat and spark up a conversation. She didn’t seem to. She was lovely. Ken communicated Anytime. I had a question before I arrived. I love the neighborhood. There’s so much stuff around there food coffee shopping what else do you need. I definitely took advantage of the putting green in the back. Got to hit around some balls for fun. The house was very calm great energy and quiet, the house was stocked with everything you need and the neighborhood was so cute. It was easy to get in and out, and I had no problems at all. I would definitely stay again.

Our star at Orange-alope Manor was fantastic. The host was very responsive and super proactive. We loved the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic. Everything was as described and the home was easy to find. This was my first time using airbnb in America and I would stay at this home again.

This property was great, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 adults and plenty of space to spread out with a huge living room. Loved the big dining table where we could all fit for family style dinners. Great outdoor space with a pool and hot tub, and covered area with seating and also had a nice patio table and plenty of chaise lounges. This location in Scottsdale was close to everything. Also Great communication from the property manager.

Julie is extremely responsive and was amazing to work with. We arrived to Phoenix much earlier than the check in time and she was able to help us with an early check in so our 16 month old could take a nap. What a life saver!! The condo is very nice, makes you feel at home. She had a pack n play for our son and a high chair, and some toys which was a great bonus. Everything was just perfect!

Enjoyed our stay! Quite neighbors,large pool area,location was perfect! shopping,eateries,massage was all within a 15 min drive,with a 5min walk to starbucks. I really liked the upstairs bedroom. Feels like the teenage girls had their own space. BEST PART....they so kindly let us check in early!!!! Some places won't! Would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!

The house was perfect for our needs. The back yard was beautiful and was the focus of most of our daytime activities. Situated in a quiet section of an otherwise busy city, with a scenic backdrop of South Mountain directly behind the house made it seem like we were anywhere but the city. We loved the accessible hiking and walking trails and ample conveniences nearby. I don’t think there was anything we went without because the house was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a little cold for a swim on cooler days, but was refreshing on the warmer days. A propane tank used to heat the hot tub ran out, but Dan let us know how to properly change the feed from another tank. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation. I do recommend having your own vehicle for getting around, as the Phoenix area covers a lot of square miles

I stayed here with a friend for a week and we would definitely stay again. The place is beautiful and the location is also walking distance for a lot of restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. Joe and Brian were great communicators and I’m glad they were willing to share a slice of their history with us!

What a wonderful place! It is a charming house with outdoor seating and lounging options; we took full advantageof those. It was sooooo pleasant and relaxing. Our hostess was very personable and kind. She even made us a delicious pie! We also enjoyed feeding the horse and mule with apples and carrots provided by our hostess. This place is close to the Tonto National Forest and Lost Dutchman State Park. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back just to stay there!

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

Cathy’s place was perfect for what we were looking for. Spacious clean house with driving distance to several places. The area is beautiful and quiet. Definitely worth the price!

Frank”s was cozy and felt right at home. Everything was in amazing condition, the place was cool and a good resting space from the hot weather. The area is also very peaceful and has lots of things to do nearby, and lots of malls and grocery stores if needed. There was also water in the fridge. I’d definitely recommend!

This location is becoming our go to certain events in Phx. Very easy to get to everything I need!! Looking forward to our next stay.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had away from home. Took my mom, dad, 2 brothers, their wives, and my wife out to watch an artist that was performing near by. It wasn’t too far from the reservoirs where we got to spend a day on a boat! It was perfect for 4 adult couples. Near everything we wanted to do. Super cleanly beautiful home, felt like a home away from home. The owners were very responsive and gave clear instructions for our stay. We actually felt very pampered with how they run their airbnb. Thank you Doug and Teri you guys made our trip way more enjoyable and memorable than it would have been if we had stayed at a hotel. words really cannot express how awesome our trip was and it was even better because of stay here
