The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The manor house was built in 1906. It is surrounded by a very large courtyard area, which today is used more for events than for agriculture. Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. The house is located in Zschernitz, a quiet village hosted by a small family business in a caring and warm atmosphere. The house is perfect for relaxing stays. The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.
