Dorothy is a great host. Her place is a clean and comfortable studio in a convenient, quiet location. There is a pretty walking path nearby. And there is shopping and dining in New London. Thank you for a pleasant place to relax at the end of the day!

Our family had a great trip and we would love to rent this house again. The house was absolutely beautiful, with lovely views in a private setting. Everything is new and clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, fishing and using the kayaks and paddle board. Darryl was a fantastic host, checked in with us, was super responsive and friendly - even providing recommendations for restaurants in the area.

We would absolutely stay here again. This host was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions. The accommodations is awsome & included everything we needed. The exterior entrance was a nice plus, and the little sitting area with a view of the open field a delight. As a plus Quiet but within easy walking distance to everything We wanted to see! This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos.This little house had everything I needed and even a view of the birds from the porch! This place is beautiful! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back in the winter. Everything you need was there. Everything was so clean, spotless. Loved the huge kitchen island. Great for a crowd to eat or play games. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a night. Thank you for hosting!

We rented the house for a "girls" weekend and to get away for a couple days. Because my GPS was not working as well when I got closer to the property, it was initially a little challenging to find the street, but we knew where it was after the first time. The instructions to get into the house were very clear and easy. The house was clean with the beds made and towels were available on the beds. While we didn't cook during our stay, it appeared to have all necessary utensils, pots, and pans, including a coffee maker with coffee (which we did use). Wifi worked well once we were in the house. There was a notebook with specific directions for water, trash, wifi, cleanup, etc., which was very helpful. The screened-in porch was great as we ended up spending quite a bit of time there to chat, read, and play darts. The setting itself was very peaceful with the stream running through the back of the property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

Great location for walking distance into downtown Concord. Comfortable beds and generous sized rooms in a homey house.

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

Faye and her husband were so nice and friendly. The apartment was perfect. Very quaint, clean and everything you needed was on hand.

Great place. My kiddo's loved it and wanted to stay forever. Place was clean and they have a grill out back as well as a picnic table.

Always a great stay at Jeff and Jayne's cabin. I think this was our 8th stay here and as always, a wonderful place to stay near Gunstock and Lake Winnipesauke.

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

This place was nice and quiet, and had a beautiful little porch to sit on in the morning! It was a great spot to try and catch the northern lights, and the host was responsive + awesome about letting me have a late checkout.

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!
