Loons Nest was just perfect! So quiet, relaxing and beautiful. We used all the water sports amenities and spent our days on the screened in porch taking in the view. Cathy and Shane were great communicators and went above and beyond when we left something behind at the cottage. Lovely people! We absolutely recommend!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

Had a great time staying at this gem! Had all appliances you need to stay in and cook all weekend and had an amazing grille! Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend

Best way to start and end the summer season is with a week at Raycraft! I think this was something like at least our 30th stay! Great house that truly feels like our home away from home. Already looking forward to June of 2025!

This is a beautiful cottage, everything was very clean, and check in was a breeze. Nice view of the water, and communication from Vacanza was great.

We had an amazing time at this location. Not too far away for us to see a Red Sox game in Boston. I'd highly recommend this place, especially if you have a dog. My German Shepherd loved the water. The location is near a boat ramp so it was cool seeing others enter and exit the lake. The AC units worked well enough to keep us cool. Would stay here again!

Cousin’s cottage was very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, which allowed me to work remotely easily. Internet worked great and the house had everything we needed for our month long stay!! Would highly recommend.

My husband grew up going to South Down and his family is still there. It's great to have a place of our own when we visit. The condo is very nice, check-in was super easy (just a code!), and there was a binder with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but our host was still very responsive to our updates.

After my third stay at Justin's condo, I can say that he is a top notch host. He is super friendly and communicative, lets you know when the unit is ready for early check in. The place is clean and comfortable. I will absolutely be looking to stay with Justin again when next summer's concert season comes around.

Michael really is a super host. His condo is comforatble, clean, and is exactly as shown in the pictures/advertised. The association has friendly residents and many amentities (pool, lake, kayaking, tennis, and more). The condo is within driving distance to Weirs Beach, the Pavillion, restaurants, hiking, and shopping. Michael is quick to respond to any messages or questions you have for him and truly wants his guests to have a relaxing time. He is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We have stayed at his place in the past and plan to stay at his place again. I truly couldn't ask for a better experience with using airbnb and it is because of Michael's hospitality. My stay was a 10/10.

This was a great stay for the family. Everything is close or just a quick ride away. The only thing we wish there was a bigger field area so our boys can play catch. Other than that the place was great vacation for our family we had a blast!!! Thanks

My family stayed here for a ski trip. It was beautifully located overlooking a large lake with mountains in the distance - I loved waking up to that! The place was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the games shelf. 10 minute drive from Gunstock Mountain. Great nearby restaurants.

Janet and Jim were extremely responsive leading up to and during our stay, along with being flexible around checkin times. They answered all our questions about the property and provided anything we needed. This Airbnb was a perfect place to spend the night after doing some hiking at nearby NH mountains and we would definitely come back, overall a great stay!

Spent a peaceful weekend at the lake. We stayed in the smallest of the three units. It comfortably fit 2 people. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything I needed was there, including a spray oil container, containers for leftovers, sharp knives, and even a pastry brush. All I needed was the food. I loved the large towels for the bathroom. Like I said, we stayed in the small house, it was perfect for two people. Our favorite part of the property was outside. We sat in the Adirondack chairs on the beach, watching the birds, listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter visited us, and enjoyed the playground. The location is close enough to the main road so you can access restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful. Brian was extremely responsive to every text sent. We are glad to have found this gem, and look forward to our next visit.

This is a great property in a relaxing, quiet place in nature. The views were beautiful. There were many things to do outdoors, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The hosts were responsive and stayed out of the way. I highly recommend this AirBnB location.

The view was amazing!All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is close by.

We stayed at Denise's place over a long Memorial Day weekend. Denise and Kyle were both super friendly, making sure everything was going well with us when we ran into them coming and going. The cottage was a great size for my wife and I, not that we spent a bunch of time there as we were exploring the area around the lake. Both the front porch as well as the couch had great, unobstructed views of the lake. We made use of the beach associated with cottages, having our morning coffee out there each day we were there and spending Memorial Day, which was the best weather day we were there lounging in the beach chairs. We made use of all the cottage was equipped with, from the coffee maker and coffee, to grilling up steaks on what looked like a brand-new BBQ. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great location for local hikes. Loved the full kitchen and the nice bluetooth speaker to listen to music. The view was incredible and would recommend!
