Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mercer County

We visited a friend and stayed for the weekend.Their house is clean and they got everything we needed.Tom and his team are responsive and easy to communicate with.Away from neighbors which is what we like but their place is near everything.We love love their beautiful house and so far the best place i've stayed on for a long time.We'll surely comeback and i hope the place is available still during those time well.Thanks again!

Micki was a great host! Very responsive and easy to get along with. We stayed the weekend for my stepson’s graduation and party. She had everything I needed to finish cooking what I had for the party. Her house reminded me of staying at my Grandma’s when I was a kid (minus the mothballs 😂). We will be staying here again!

This is a charming cabin set in a quiet and beautiful surrounding. Perfect if you want to get away for the weekend and return to nature. Jeff was responsive with all of our questions and their house was just as deceived. Lovely.

10/10 would recommend! Tori was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect getaway and the space felt brand new. We loved the natural light in the kitchen. We didn’t have the best of luck with weather, so we had to stay inside most of the trip but the location and setup still allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful views!

This is our 4th time staying here. We love it. It’s so peaceful and there is so much to do. Hiking, biking, birdwatching, fishing, swimming, boating, and just taking in God’s beauty. We will be back. Beth also added 2 hummingbird feeders that were well visited and quite captivating to watch. You will not regret staying here if you love nature and peace and quiet❤️

Clara was very responsive. The internet wasn’t working and she came over right away to fix it. It stayed fixed the rest of the trip. I love that there is some of the original hard wood floors in the house. She was a great host and a nice house.

The loft is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. One thing to mention is the loft sleeps 4 because of the pull out couch however there are only two chairs at the table so if you decide to eat at the loft and you have a group of 3 or 4 you will not be able to sit together at the table. 🙃

We had a fantastic stay! This was our second time visiting Michele’s Country House and it was just like we remembered. We felt right at home with the comfortable furnishings and all the amenities that we needed. We had some tricky weather and Michele was open to us arriving early given the space was all ready. That was really nice. We had a chance to feed the goat and pet the horses - which was really nice. We look forward to another visit soon - but we may bring our kids next time and stay in the “barn” apartment space. We shall see! Thanks so much Michele!

My parents were in town for a funeral and Raymonds place was perfect. Clean, great location and well appointed. I highly recommend. It is an upstairs apartment so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. We will definitely rent this unit again. Belinda

Very large space, open and relaxing. Apartment is up two flights of stairs in the rear of a commercial building, listening states this and was no issue for us as we liked the convenience of not having to drive to Cranberry for a hotel. Would definitely stay again!!

Great loctation, 5 minutes from the county fairgrounds. Safe neighborhood.

What a quaint and cozy little gem!! Beautiful setting and the place was spotless! Bed was comfortable and the skylights let in so much natural light! We will definitely return!!

Apartment is located in an older home but the kitchen and bath have been updated very nicely, and the rooms were nicely decorated. We arrived when the weather was cooler but temps were going up so the host installed window AC in both bedrooms and in dining room. We were very comfortable.

Repeat guest here! This is my go-to apartment when I need to visit Allegheny College. It's just a few blocks from campus and such a comfortable, clean, quiet place to stay. Marion is a perfect host, warm, detail-oriented, and excellent communication. The home-baked breakfast goodies are always a plus!

We very much enjoyed these accommodations. Felt safe and at home. Clean, spacious. Amazing shower! Lots of clean linens. Washer with soap and dryer super convenient. Look forward to another stay!

If you are visiting Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Erie, etc, don’t miss the peaceful town of New Wilmington in the rolling hills of Western PA. The Carriage house was exceptionally convenient, steps away from coffee shops, restaurants like The Tavern, and Westminster College campus. We were there for a celebration of life and left refreshed after our comfortable stay. Many thanks to Brian for the hospitality, clear communication, thoughtful conveniences, and flexibility!

Everything about the listing matched the actual apartment. My 12YO said this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely pristine, not worn out, and she really had thought of everything we might need during our stay. We would absolutely return.
