Marlene ‘s house is spectacular , the decor , amenities, location , amazing host she was always responsive and friendly, the village is a hidden gem, all walking distance from the house right at the heart of a beautiful medieval town with all the charm the area has to offer , we also enjoyed recommendations of the host a fantastic SPA steps away from the house with stunning views , a complete Wao factor to add to all the great amenities . I would highly recommend Marlene’s house for a long visit or short trip, less than two hours from Ciampino Airport the location is ideal

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. Beautiful apartment, both the interior and the exterior. Cool house even in summer, very clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything is new and comfortable. Exceptionally new and pleasant linen. Small but very comfortable kitchen. The host's availability is excellent. I can't complain about anything. I didn't understand what was under the iron grilles in the courtyard, and I was very pleased to discover that there are the ruins of an ancient house, also present inside the house under a thick glass plate. Beautiful renovation. Convenient location. Thank you for this wonderful weekend.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!

You enjoy staying in a small countryside house entirely for yourself, so you have great privacy and all you need inside. You like the terrace and the garden, and safe car parking at hand. Friendly approach of the owners. Calm and views, cats and dogs. Reasonable price.

Small, well-kept and clean apartment, very cool even without air conditioning. Some services offered by the host were very welcome, such as coffee and a good change of towels. A very relaxing stay that I recommend if you want to get away from the usual hectic routine, even for a short time.

Being in the countryside, the presence of insects is normal, but some ants from the beams reached the bed covers. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Well-stocked kitchen area and cupboard with everything you need to cook. From this area it is very convenient to reach different places in the surroundings to visit them, it is recommended to shop in larger towns before arrival, especially if the stay is during holidays. The surroundings of the accommodation are very quiet, the noises come almost exclusively from the birds on the trees around the villa.
