Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Menthon-Saint-Bernard

It is a beautiful and lovely house and my family enjoyed to stay here so much! It is located right next to the beach so it’s very easy to walk there. I walked to the bakery every morning, and took a walk along the lake at night. It’s a very safe place. Wonderful view, nice garden, and Sophie is a great host!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Séjour très agréable avec la famille. Les enfants ont apprécié le grand terrain, la table de ping-pong. Repas pris sur la terrasse avec vue sur les dents de Lanfon et le château . Soirées barbecue sympa. Que de bons souvenirs.

Merveilleux weekend dans cette magnifique maison. L’accueil était aussi très sympa! On espère revenir bientôt 😎

Superbe logement, très bien situé et qui reflète totalement la description. La vue sur le lac depuis le salon, la terrasse et même 2 des 3 chambres est très agréable. La maison est très fonctionnelle et vraiment bien équipé ! Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour bien cuisiner. Nous avons même eu le droit à 2 lits bébé à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement !

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. Une très belle maison avec le confort d’un top niveau et d’une propreté impeccable Proches de la plage,des resto et commerces. Des personnes très réactives et agréables. J’ai qu’une hâte c’est d’y revenir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé et confortable dans un environnement superbe. Le bruit de l'eau, des oiseaux et des cloches des vaches et moutons rendent ce lieu apaisant. Notre chien a pu profité du petit jardin clos bien aménagé et fleuri. Bertrand et Anna sont des hôtes accueillants, et de bons conseils pour les chemins de rando ou lieux à visiter .

Mein Aufenthalt bei Corinne betrug 7 Tage in denen ich mich ganz wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 6-stöckigen Gebäudes gleich gegenüber dem Ausgang des Bahnhofs. Jedoch zeigt die Wohnung in das Innere eines Wohnblocks, sodass kaum Geräusche aus der Bahnhofsnähe zu hören sind. Natürlich hört man des Abends seine Nachbahrn und Aufräumarbeiten in den Restaurants auf Erdgeschossebene. Fenster und Türen halten aber dicht und es war nicht weiter störend. Im Austausch kann man auf der Balkonterrasse am Abend gemütlich einen lauen Sommerabend verbringen (sofern die Jahreszeit stimmt). Im Ganzen befinden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung, die darüberhinaus äußerst sauber und gepflegt daherkam. Aufgrund der Größe des Innenraumes ist dieses Angebot wirklich nur etwas für Alleinreisende. Meiner Meinung nach wurde jedoch mit intelligenten Lösungen aus den räumlichen Gegebenheiten das Beste herausgeholt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au bord du lac d’Annecy. Le cadre est exceptionnel, la terrasse donnant presque directement sur le lac. L’intérieur de l’appartement est en excellent état et décoré de très bon goût. Christine fut réactive et très disponible à nos sollicitations, nous la remercions. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ! Un grand merci !!!

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nina, l’appartement est spacieux, bien pensé, au calme. Il est situé à quelques minutes du lac et nous avons pu pleinement profiter des activités du lac! La proximité des restaurants, activités nautiques, de la plage est idéal pour un séjour, y compris sans véhicule. Nina est une hôte très agréable, désireuse que votre séjour soit réussi. Nous reviendrons!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Traumhafte Umgebung und viele Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen. Der Pool wird allerdings mit weiteren Gästen von der weiteren Wohnung geteilt. Dominique und ihr Partner waren sehr gastfreundlich und man fühlte sich willkommen. Gerne mal wieder

We waren heel tevreden over ons verblijf en als we nog eens naar deze prachtige streek komen zouden we zeker terug in het gezellige logement van Stephanie willen verblijven. Nog een TIP : als je Waze gebruikt als GPS dan stuurt deze je via een omweg langs een berg naar het logement. Je moet gewoon de hoofdweg langs het meer volgen en dan Rte de la Planche indraaien

Le séjour s'est parfaitement passé. Appartement conforme à la description. Petite résidence calme, grand parking. Nous avons profité de la piscine, pour les golfeurs le practice est accessible à pieds. Élise est très accueillante et réactive.

Logement agréable dans un lieu calme, un peu excentré mais le centre reste facilement accessible en transport en commun. Très bon séjour 😊

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans l’appartement de Vincent et Fanny. Ce sont des personnes très agréables et arrangeantes. Pour exemple, nous avons été confrontés à des embouteillages sur la route ce qui a décalé notre arrivée à plus tard que prévu, mais ils se sont montrés compréhensifs et se sont organisés pour nous accueillir même tardivement. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien décoré, situé à 10 minutes en vélo d’Annecy, avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😉

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

Wir haben die Woche in Annecy sehr genossen: die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine sehr ruhige, kaum einsehbare Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge und einen kleinen Teil des Sees. Der sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Pool mit ebensolchem Poolhaus liegt nur wenige Meter vor der Terrasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz nah am Haus gefunden. Das Eingangstor zur Wohnanlage vermittelt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter sofort geantwortet und uns sehr attraktive Hinweise für Unternehmungen, Bäckereien, Lokale etc. gegeben. Wir können sehr empfehlen, mit dem Rad von der Wohnung über die Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun zum See und daran entlang zur Innenstadt zu radeln. Von unserer Seite gab es nichts zu kritisieren, wir können die Wohnung voll empfehlen!
