Vacation rentals with beach access in Menthon-Saint-Bernard

Vincent’s AirBnB was wonderful, exactly what we were looking for. He was clear about communicating instructions on how to find the apartment and get in, and very responsive overall. The apartment was everything we could have asked for. It’s centrally located in old town, close to the lake and the waterways, and highly walkable. The inside was very comfortable and well designed. As long as you don’t need an elevator, I cannot recommend this place enough. We’re so happy that we stayed here!

We had a great time in this apartment by Lake Annecy. The setting is exceptional, the terrace almost directly overlooking the lake. The interior of the apartment is in excellent condition and tastefully decorated. Christine was responsive and very available to our requests, we thank her. We would highly recommend this apartment! Very pleasantly surprised! Very well located accommodation, private parking with a beep to open the gate. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. The accommodation is literally a 5-minute walk to the lake. the communication was great, frankly thank you, if I come back to Annecy I have my address!

Bathroom is a little cramped. Otherwise a beautiful home in the central old town. Just a few steps from the lake, cathedral, and other tourist places.

Great location to stay in! We stayed with 7 people and were very comfortable. So easy to walk around! Would stay here again!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but that didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

Adeline's home is beautiful. It is in a great location, close to shops and the lake. Adeline was very welcoming and friendly and we can't wait to return!

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.
