Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

We offer overnight accommodation for up to 6 people who are passing through or traveling on business (e.g. construction companies). In the 4-room apartment there are 2 rooms each with two beds and 2 single rooms. The apartment includes a kitchen area and a bathroom including shower. In the basement there is a washing machine with a built-in coin system. A wash therefore costs €2 overnight price per person /per night. €35. Booking possible from 3 people.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Quiet, bright apartment in the north of Landshut

The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
