We went as four girlfriends and the hosts were very helpful. They are great at communication and very helpful people. We also loved the house we stayed in, especially it was very enjoyable to sit on the terrace. The house is close to the sea. The sea is not clean and crowded, it was a really nice sea.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

It was one of the most beautiful houses we've ever stayed in on Airbnb! The house was both comfortable and very clean. It was much more beautiful than the photos and every detail was carefully thought out. It had a quiet, safe and peaceful environment. The host was also extremely caring, hospitable and communicated very quickly. He took care of everything and we felt at home. A place we would definitely want to stay again. Would recommend with peace of mind!

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

TOP Airbnb. Modern, comfortable with AC in all rooms. The Building has new modern interior with elevator. Very clean and well organized. The host is extremely kind and assists with bags, checkin, helping to the parking spot which is less than 50m away and very convenient. Perfect airbnb for families. Short walk just 1 block to the promenade and tourist area. Many restaurants and cafes right downstairs. Very quiet even with this great location. If you are looking for accommodation up to North American standards of cleanliness and modernity for a 5 star airbnb, this is the place. Highly recommend 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is a great location, very close to the water and restaurants, as well as provides a good home base to explore other cities and sights. Metin was very responsive and very helpful. We got in about 2am to check in and he helped us out. We highly recommend his place.

The apartment was quite simply amazing! The view of the Izmir Harbor is more spectacular than even the pictures. The location is well placed with an easy walk to a multitude of restaurants, shopping, and easy access to historic sites. The apartment itself is clean, modern, well organized and very comfortable! We have 2 teenagers, and the place was spacious enough to never feel cramped. The directions to the place were very clear and the entrance was easy with the host meeting us. We really appreciated the helpfulness of Firat. Murat/Firat's place is an exceptional fine! We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Great accomodation. Very good location. Clean and tidy and everything we needed. Easy to access restaurants, the clock tower- where a lot of tours begin. We were even asked what we like to drink and Sadik got us some decaf coffee!!

The location is great, close to an area with a lot of atmosphere. It would be a perfect apartment if it had an elevator, but despite not having one, it's worth it. The host is very attentive to help at all times.

Mrs. Berrin and Mr. Kubilay welcomed us very warmly at the entrance. They even reserved a parking space in front of the house for us, we really liked these kind thoughts. The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it offered were quite good; everything we might need during our vacation was available at home. In terms of location, there are many cafes, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity; it is also a great advantage that it is close to the tram stop for those who do not have a vehicle. The only difficulty is that it can be difficult to find a parking space from time to time due to the structure of the area. But everything else was perfect. They kept in constant contact with us before and during the stay and supported us in everything. Thank you so much for everything.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
