The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton

A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.

Fairview Apartment

Comfortable modern ground floor apartment located next to a farm shop, cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally this was my parents ‘granny flat’ which benefits from wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower shower with grab handles. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.
