No hills no walks to the seaside (only 5 mins). Fully airconditioned 100sq metres apartment with new Lux Bathrooms. Views of Mellieha valley and sanctuary. Highest speed internet; beach with ferries to amazing spots; all tv channels including sports channels; walks along Malta's most beautiful coastlines. Parking is not a problem with us. Guests use the garage served with lift. The bus stop is less than 100m away with connections to all the island. Restaurants and bars are along the same road.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Malta's largest sandy beach (2 minutes by car) and relatively close to all amenities, including supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, etc.
