A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two, by the tiled stove, breakfast on the terrace and in the gazebo with lake view. In addition, 2 children can sleep in a Separee in the double bunk bed. The extra extra bed will be charged extra. We'll be happy to let you know the cost upon request. The small kitchen is functionally simply equipped with everything you need.

The apartment with 80m² is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom stream is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...
