Vacation rentals with a sauna in Mekong River Delta

Would recommend if staying in Ho Chi Minh, good location and comfortable stay!

Great place, stocked with everything you need. Good quiet location in Thao Dien but still close enough to walk to anywhere.

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

Very nice place and convenient. I feel very comfortable. I have everything I need here. And host is always supportive, helpful and friendly. When I need something, I just ask and they will give me right away. Location is great. I totally recommend, especially for foreigners. It's so easy because you basically have everything you need here. 5/5 stars. Thank you so much

Super Apartmentanlage, wirklich klasse für Leute die auch auf ein wenig Fitness und Work-Life Balance setzen. Die Umgebung vom Hotel ist eher etwas abgelegen und daher am besten mit Grab zu den Standorten fahren.

Host was very helpful and was very responsive. kept guiding me right thru my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean .The host helped me to keep my luggage post my check out time which was very nice of them . in fact they offered to get it picked up and keep it safely which is very rare of any . I would definitely recommend Rose and a special thanks to Nana who was very kind, and always responsive to all my queries. thank you and would love to come back and stay with you'll. thank you

Wunderschöne, moderne Luxuswohnung mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die “Ba Son” Brücke und die Skyline. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, ruhig und kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten und Spazierwegen in der Umgebung. Top Lage – sowohl Distrikt 1 als auch 2 sind schnell erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Schwimmbad war leider nicht nutzbar, obwohl es auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Trotzdem ein absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!

Отличные апартаменты, шикарное местоположение! Немного шумно вечером из-за парка развлечений рядом и стройки, но в 22 часа шум стихает. Самый большой минус - очень грязный пол в квартире. В остальном все очень понравилось. Спасибо большое! Будем в Хошимине, обязательно снова здесь остановимся.

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. Neighbours where friendly. Lots to do locally. I will certainly recommend Anna as a great host. Thankyou for everything. We would love to return sometime. Warm regards Audrey and peter.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

호스트는 너무나 친절했습니다~ 밤늦은 시간이었는데도 우리 가족을 반갑게 맞이해주었습니다~ 집은 말할 것도 없이 너무나 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 청소해주시는 분 역시 정말 따뜻하고 좋은 분입니다. 마지막 집으로 갈 때 빠진 물건이 있는지 없는지 친절하게 확인해 주었습니다. 너무 감사했어요💕 내년에 또 이 집에 머물고 싶어요~

it is very far from the airport and main city but it is worth staying here as resident for a week or long to enjoy the fast developing city

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.

Gia đình và bạn bè của tôi thuê căn nhà này vào dịp lễ 30/4. Nhà ở vị trí trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện, ngõ lớn ô tô vào được, yên tĩnh. Phòng ốc mới, sạch sẽ gọn gàng, giống ảnh miêu tả. Mọi người rất thân thiện và Hiếu khách. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip
