Vacation rentals with a sauna in Mekong River Delta

Would recommend if staying in Ho Chi Minh, good location and comfortable stay!

Great apartment complex, really great for people who also rely on a little fitness and work-life balance. The surroundings of the hotel are rather remote and therefore best to drive to the locations with Grab.

Excellent apartment, great location! A little noisy in the evening because of the amusement park nearby and construction, but at 10 pm the noise subsides. The biggest disadvantage is the very dirty floor in the apartment. Otherwise, I really enjoyed everything. Thank you so much! We will be in Ho Chi Minh City, we will definitely stay here again.

good host and clean apt

Host was very helpful and was very responsive. kept guiding me right thru my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean .The host helped me to keep my luggage post my check out time which was very nice of them . in fact they offered to get it picked up and keep it safely which is very rare of any . I would definitely recommend Rose and a special thanks to Nana who was very kind, and always responsive to all my queries. thank you and would love to come back and stay with you'll. thank you

Thao is a great host, she always check in with us. The apartment is close to everything, very convenient, clean and tidy. I gave 4 stars for the value if you travel as a family for 4 person. But if for a couples then it is better to stay at the hotel.

Nice house.Worth the stay.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. Neighbours where friendly. Lots to do locally. I will certainly recommend Anna as a great host. Thankyou for everything. We would love to return sometime. Warm regards Audrey and peter.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

it is very far from the airport and main city but it is worth staying here as resident for a week or long to enjoy the fast developing city

The host was so kind ~ Even though it was late at night, they welcomed our family ~ Needless to say, the house was so cozy and comfortable. The cleaner is also a really warm and nice person. When I went to the last house, they kindly checked if there was anything missing or not. Thank you so much💕 I want to stay at this house again next year ~

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. It was the best group accommodation! Thanks to the spacious and clean space, as well as the swimming pool and karaoke, I was able to have fun without getting bored. The facilities were well maintained, so I was able to relax comfortably, and the host was kind and attentive, so I was even more satisfied. This is a place I definitely want to visit again next time!

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip

Me and my family are very satisfied during this holiday, everything was just as I expected from the information booked on Airbnb The house is beautiful and the status quo is new as the picture, clean, friendly staffs support quickly.
