We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you cross just one river, you can meet the latest Ho Chi Minh City... Can there be a view/outlook/night view in a property of this price range? I even have doubts. There are many restaurants around and convenient shopping at GS25, etc. Grab taxi is also fast and cheap for about 50,000 won to the middle of the 1st group city~~~ With this accommodation equipped with a living room and terrace...there is no need to use a hotel anymore It is the best choice.

I stayed here for a few days while working online and it was exactly what I needed. The wifi was super fast, around 800 Mbps, which made video calls and uploads smooth and reliable. The apartment was bright, quiet during the day, and had a solid table to work from. Having a kitchen and in-unit laundry made everything feel easy and comfortable. Tony and Bella were very helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question, and they also gave some great recommendations for places to relax or go out after work. I’d happily stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. The host was very attentive and responded within 30 min all the time. The check in was smooth and they even helped with our luggage. The place looked like in the photos and it was extremely well equipped. There was water and beer in the fridge and ice in the freezer too. The whole area is quite private and we felt right at home. It was nice sitting outside drinking and talking. I can only say good things about this place and the hosts. The next time I would stay here again without question.

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Sophie’s apartment was excellent. Beautiful home and very comforting in a great location that was an easy walk to lots of places. Sophie was so nice, friendly and helpful, she really made our stay easy and enjoyable
