The apartment is located in a quiet and secure area. The apartment when entering is cleaned, the dining room is quite full of cooking utensils and the included utilities are very good. Uncle Bang is always helpful when I have questions and is very friendly and helpful.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

Amazing location, awesome host. what else can you ask for. everything you need as a tourist is near by and Lan does a great job in helping out. This was my first visit to Vietnam and on my second visit, the only place I will book is Lan's. it's a no brainer.

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

The house was just like the pictures—clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind and helped us with everything, including renting a two-wheeler at a great price. The staff was also very good and cleaned the house on time. Phu Quoc is beautiful, and staying here made our trip even better. Highly recommended! ‘Andrea Pho’ the Host was extremely amazing to say the least, always helpful, extremely responsive to our needs, Kind, Nice and Available.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic spacious accommodation, lovely views and Vinhomes is a peaceful tidy and convenient area. An oasis of peace in a crazy exciting city.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and her brother was very helpful everytime we needed something. Place was clean and well lit, and this building has a drop-off place so it was easier to load/unload luggages to pick up vans/taxis compared to another landmark building we previously stayed at. Also, lots to do within walking distance and good security.
