Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

Stunning Riad with gardens that not only look beautiful but sound and smell beautiful. A great location offering a spot of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of he city. It was lovely to met Samae who cooked us an absolutely delicious meal, kindly catering for a vegan and children as well. Fully recommend.

Fantastic Airbnb with stunning views in an amazing location central to everything! Excellent communication with a super responsive host who quickly responded to any needs and helped coordinate easy transportation to and from train stations etc! HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

The house is very nice, clean, spacious and very nice. Emma is a communicative, friendly host and helped us with dinner, the guide, transportation and pointed out things to do and where to eat in Fez, which made our trip very special, along with the friendly Khadija who was always willing and who prepared us that delicious dinner and breakfasts.

We loved our stay here. The riad was beautifully decorated and the breakfast the governess Loubna cooked was great. She was very helpful during our entire stay and even organized a taxi for us to the train station on our last day. The riad itself is hidden away so it’s peaceful, but very close to the main attractions once you get to the main street. I will gladly stay here again during my next visit.

A little far from the Medina, but the area is very quiet and the stay was very nice. No problem finding taxis. We would repeat.

The apartment is as described. The place was spotless and well secured. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Pros: The presence of a convenience store and especially the very accessible taxis to get around the city. I recommend it.

Very good stay in Fez, - the accommodation is clean, well located either to visit the city on foot or to take a taxi - it matches the photos perfectly, very nice decoration - the terrace allows you to enjoy the sun at any time - Katrien is very accessible, relevant and gives very good advice I highly recommend it.

We stayed there for two nights as a family with a toddler. Sanae is a very caring host. She proactively asked us if we needed a crib. She also provided this very nicely. Absolute recommendation for old town visitors as well as top views! always happy to come back

I appreciate Ali's place. Extremely responsive. I didnt have hot water he literally came to fix it. I was missing batteries for the air conditioner made sure it was delivered immediately. I love host like that.

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Very easy contact with Mhamed; a warm welcome by the caretaker and the staff of the residence. The apartment is very functional and very clean. Nearby: Carrefour, pharmacy, grocery store... ideal for managing your stay. The driver Ahmed is very kind and very helpful … with peace of mind; we did our excursions around Fez and much more. I would recommend this place and host!!

Photos are accurate. Good interior. Free AC. Responsive host. It’s a bit far from tourist sites. You will need to take a taxi to most places. Not a lot to do or eat right around there.

Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!

This is an ideal place if you wish to relax for a week.

We had a great time! The host was extremely kind, thoughtful and always available to help us. He even took us to the train station at the end of the stay, a gesture that we really appreciated. Thanks again for everything, we recommend this place without a second thought!

Mohamed was a great host, great communication and excellent accessibility. The apartment was nice and spacious with three bedrooms, 2 showers, kitchen equipped with everything you need should you want to cook. In short, a very pleasant stay, for an affordable price!
