Waterfront vacation rentals in Meia Praia

The stay was great, a great location, but the view to the sea is disturbed by the buildings under construction. The description of the apt is perfect, the host was receptive and polite.

We were very well received, quick contact, flexible check-in and the location is great, right on the sand!

Excellent, everything as advertised... the location is perfect, "on the beach", close to everything, easy access, you don't even need to walk around with house keys, great! There was a day when I went out without shoes to go to the beach... and there is also a brewery that made my stay even easier... the kitchen is very complete, we lacked nothing, Jonas served us very well, we will return when possible!

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. Super recommend and for sure we will host again.

Wonderful place, super cozy house! It doesn't make you want to leave. Unique warning to leave is that the house is in a steep ascent, but that's why it has this lush view, which makes up for everything. The owners of the house are also great and very attentive. Ah! citywide market is expensive so if you want to take your things is better.

The place is incredible, we had a wonderful weekend, where we were able to rest and relax with nature present, the place is great for those who like to have their peace, we will definitely return, I recommend it.

Maria Eduarda's house is very nice, the place is amazing, styled in the sand! The garden of the house is very large and perfect for sunbathing, Yoga and outdoor activities. The view is amazing both at dawn and during the day! A paradise even for those who like tranquility and privacy! This time we stayed in April and May is very good because few people circulated there, because due to the wooden deck that exists, in high season the frequency of people must be great, and we always seek something more private and quiet! We hope to return another time! I highly recommend it!

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and also to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, 24-hour laundry. It was worth every penny, and Mrs. Detinha is a lovely person, always available and with immeasurable affection. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We loved the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Well-located apartment, met our expectations, close to everything. The only reservation is that it could have basic items for cleaning the apartment, e.g. (sponge, detergent, scouring pad because what you have is broken), small details, otherwise everything else is great! I highly recommend it!

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!

Our stay in Balneário Camboriú was amazing, and the apartment contributed a lot to it! The space is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view. The location is excellent, close to everything and with easy access to the beach. The host was super attentive and kind throughout the stay, always available and concerned with making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

There is absolutely nothing missing in the house (it has all the kitchen utensils, air fryer, pots, microwave, coffee maker, pressure cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer...). Super comfortable, with linens and towels available (which was essential because we went by plane), wonderful sunrise view, restaurants and bakeries nearby, as well as a complete barbecue area. We had an unforeseen event with one of the doors and Onesio promptly resolved it. The house is well maintained and has new appliances, our group enjoyed it a lot and we would definitely come back. It is also worth noting that Onesio made our check-in and check-out times more flexible!

Apartment just like the photos, very organized and cozy, the view is great for the beach, it is close to everything (market, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping) I will definitely rent with Sandra again
