I would recommend Piera’s stay to everybody. It was simply amazing, from the start I felt so at home. 10/10!

Relaxation, thermal baths and nature in Norcia. The house on the river.

FedericoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Luciana and her son Marco were very kind, very helpful and flexible in adapting to my needs. Luciana offered me everything I needed to make food (I arrived at shops that were already closed) and Marco gave me many useful tips for bike and walking tours. The house is very clean and tidy, overlooking the Nera; you sleep with the background noise of the river. Triponzo is a very quiet village; you need a car (or a nice walk) to reach shops and restaurants.

The House in the Castle

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house in the Castello was beautiful. We enjoyed the peace and nature very much. Graziella and Mario were warm and likeable hosts who welcomed us warmly and took care of us in a touching way. The view from the garden to the mountains and the atmosphere in the mountain village was simply fantastic, almost unbelievably beautiful. We took very nice hikes right from the house and were allowed to visit great cities. We will be happy to come back because it was something very special.

Andrea was sweet and responsive as our team member for the property. Accommodating, great recommendations and just generally helpful. Place felt like a wine cellar in the best way. Large bottle of Prosecco to kick things off!!!!!

Loc. il Piano Apartment "The Figs"

ShirinRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The place is gorgeous, in the middle of Darcy's land and his family, surrounded by orchards, animals, and woods. At night it feels like staying in an astronomical observatory with the amount of visible stars. The house was spacious and clean, very bright by day and Darcy made us find fresh eggs collected in the morning in the kitchen, as well as a sheet with instructions and tips on where to shop, places to visit nearby and activities to do in the area. The road to get to the house at a certain point becomes loose so a larger car is recommended. Unfortunately, ours could not go back and we left it about a 10-minute walk away and Darcy and the family were very kind to offer to take us to the car when we needed to.
A clear blue swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs under a sunny sky. Stone buildings with rustic roofs can be seen in the background, framed by green trees, offering a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

Gilda's home

AnteaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.
