A secluded, original, charming place to stay and rest for both two and family. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different bird species. Beautiful views of Chojnik Castle and the Giant Mountains. In the area of rural buildings and farms. The stay in the caravan in Poniklá was something very special! In the middle of the countryside, secluded at the end of the small town with a view of the vastness, this accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, people with wanderlust and those who need peace and quiet. The caravan is brand new and equipped with all amenities (electricity, insect net, hotplates, espresso maker, etc.), water can be fetched at the creek next door with large canisters, the large terrace, the hammock, the fireplace and the huge garden invite you to relax. There's even a trampoline. However, it is advisable to arrive by car to easily reach hiking and shopping destinations. Juliana was a wonderful host, from flexible check-in to the invitation to use garden herbs, practical tips for the area to the always friendly accessibility, we simply felt very comfortable in her caravan. If there is time, we will definitely come back!

The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

We spent an extended weekend in the house and it exceeded our expectations. The house is quietly located and you immediately have a holiday feeling. It is very nicely furnished and in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The complex is very clean and nicely decorated. The sauna with garden shower was particularly good. We didn't lack anything. Many thanks to the hosts for the great communication and provision of the great house! We will be happy to return.

We stayed at Jan and Karina’s apartment over the Easter weekend while hiking in the Krkonoše mountains, and it was absolutely perfect for our group (two couples). The layout was ideal, with two private bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The highlight, though, was the stunning view of the mountains and the lake — sipping tea in the morning while soaking in that view was pure bliss. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, definitely above the average Airbnb. We felt right at home and found it super easy to cook meals in the mornings and evenings. There were lots of thoughtful, personal touches throughout, and communication with Jan and Karina was excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend this place more — a peaceful, beautiful base for exploring the area!

One of the most beautiful houses, in a great location, with great views and perfect amenities, that we have ever had (worldwide). Lech, the owner, is a great host and communication with him was very easy and relaxed. We'd love to come back to enjoy the silence of nature in this magical place.
