Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Welcome to our sweet apartment on our farm near Weimar. On almost 55 square meters you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining table and a bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a slatted base. For children, the accommodation is ideal, because right in front of the house is a playground. Please note the rather steep stairs up to the apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

We spent 2 nights at Diana's. It was just wonderful. She was very friendly and explained everything. Even though the caravan was on the property, you had absolute privacy and tranquility. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice time. You feel safe and at home. It was one of the best accommodations. Glad to come back anytime :)

We (couple with 2 young children) had a wonderful, sunny May holiday. Heidrun and Alfred are very friendly people, attentive and very involved, also to our children, and also pleasantly discreet. We felt very welcome at Heidrun and Alfred's place. The house is clean, spacious, beautiful garden with canopy and great beds. A supermarket (with sandwiches) within walking distance. The location was ideal for us. An idyllic cycling route to Weimar (predominantly flat), but also close to the highway, so we could do enough after the afternoon sleep of the youngest. Except in Weimar (beautiful!), we have been to Erfurt (including zoo) and Jena (including subtropical swimming pool). Can really recommend this place.

Peter and his wife are very friendly and open hosts. They are proactive and welcome their guests with open arms. They are communicative and available when needed. The apartment is as it is in the photos. The photos do not reflect the size of this place and it is a lot of space. Although the apartment is close to the highway, it is a very quiet apartment and you cannot feel the proximity of the highway either in the house or in the yard. We were worried about it. The apartment is warm and cozy, has a nice atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. As I mentioned, it has a lot of space and you live very comfortably in it. Honestly, I was surprised how much this apartment offers, definitely more than I expected. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is of high quality, nothing is missing. You can get the impression that it was not created for rent but for living. I highly recommend it. I'm sure we'll be back here:)

Britt is the best and her apartment of course 🙂 The apartment was just as "colorful," clean and cozy as described in the listing. I felt right at home during my vacation. The area is ideal for outdoor activities (e.g. hiking) or to discover cultural highlights in Weimar. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The hostess Britt was helpful with tips for the vacation and communication was very straightforward and pleasant. There were three of us in the accommodation and we felt comfortable from the beginning. The spacious property had a variety of ways to stretch out and relax. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, as it was equipped with everything you could need. And it was all the more beautiful that you could always hear the birds chirping at dinner and breakfast. The occasional train passing by was not very disturbing and at night we heard nothing of it.
