Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mechelen

In one word: Wow! We loved it there! We had nothing missing, very nicely decorated and this in a top location. If you don't become zen here, then nowhere... Otto and Nathalie, you are more than worth the 5 stars!

We had a great weekend in Jokes' beautiful house. The house is the perfect mix of functional and loving - there is something to discover everywhere. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is great. The house is quietly located and yet you are in the city center of Antwerp in a few minutes. Joke has great tips for getting there by car or bike and is a great contact when it comes to nice cafes and activities. We were totally happy and will be happy to come back! 😊

Nice place with lovely large garden with a nice canopy for outdoor dining and a jacuzzi. The house is also pleasant and big enough. All the comforts and clean. But for the feeling of privacy, I would have liked a hedge between both houses, for example. Although the (super friendly) hosts were not much at home, it still feels like you look in together very easily. But.. definitely enjoyed this nice place and who knows, we might come back again.

We had a nice time in the house of Bart&Eefje, seven of us. There was plenty of space, everything as stated and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. Unfortunately, our arrival was severely delayed, but that was not an issue. Communication was always super helpful and very friendly! After arriving, we met Bart briefly and felt right at home and welcome. The big cities are easily accessible by car and you are quickly in nature. Highly recommended for a nice getaway with friends or family! We will be back!:)

Would recommend Ann's place

Ria is a very friendly host, super responsive and helpful. Her place is a great choice for people looking to reconnect with nature and slow down. The apartment has an outstanding design. My favourite was the bathroom. There are numerous walking and biking routes available, as well as nice restaurants in nearby towns. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène's beautiful apartment, located in a quiet, walkable, and charming neighbourhood. There are grocery stores and public transit very close by. The space had everything we needed: a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely little backyard that was perfect for relaxing. Hélène is a responsive and attentive host. We would absolutely stay here again ! :)

Séverine is a wonderful host. The apartment is small, but enough for one person. I would definately recommend

Ann's apartment is a lovely and beautiful oasis. It is on the first floor of a beautiful corner house, overlooking the Groen Kwartier. The house is decorated with so much care and taste that you can see Ann's loving choices in every detail. You feel welcome, and surrounded by beautiful and inspiring design and materials, you will completely relax. With a few steps, you are back in the middle of lively Antwerp. At 100 meters is the bustling Pakt complex where you can relax. We ate sublime food at Camionette. I hope to be able to come back to Ann soon!

Gavin’s apartment is a literal dream. Everything is clean, tidy and has a beautiful aesthetic. Words can’t describe the roof terrace which we loved to sit for our morning espresso from the machine provided. Excellent communication and was able to help us out with an early check in. We can’t wait to visit again - thank you!

This place was an absolute gem of a find, seriously book it!! What a gorgeous studio & host, we had the most amazing time, Lou was very accommodating to us. Arrived early in the day & without hesitating met us hours before the scheduled check in so we could drop our luggage & collect the keys - This was so helpful to us. Lou was warm, friendly & simply a delight - Took the time to go through recommendations of the area (& further afield as well), there's seriously so many good things we could say about her but unfortunately there is a character limit. The studio has everything that you could need at such an affordable price, Lou provided sleep masks (although we didn't use them), elssential toiletries & a fan which was great on the warmer days. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods/sachets and some little treats which we enjoyed. Bed/pillows were super comfy, the view of the skyline is absolutely stunning, location is very confinientfor all the main attractions, train station/metro

Comfortable, extremely clean and cozy space. Free parking in front, always has a space available. Super new apartment, with new utensils and objects. Perfect heating, served us very well. If I ever go back to Brussels, I'll stay in this apartment again. Nearby there is a supermarket open day and night, restaurants and places to walk. The host was super helpful and friendly, provided toys and a crib for my baby. I recommend it.

Amazing host with amazing place! The place wasn't the easiest to find based on Google Maps (Maps was misleading), but check in was easy and smooth. The apartment had basically everything that's essential, even with sufficient utensils and seasoning for cooking if need be. It is clean and very cozy, and will definitely be back if we ever visit Antwerp again!

I had a great stay in Antwerp. Sjack is a fantastic host and his place is wonderful. It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plus, it’s well located to transportation and an easy walk to most anywhere in Antwerp. I highly recommend this apartment!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the vibrant city of Antwerp. Hannes's apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and with secure underground car parking. It's in a lovely location, a few minutes from the heart of the city by public transport, Velo bike, or on foot. Hannes was an attentive and responsive host, answering messages and making great suggestions about the local area and its amenities. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit Antwerp.

If you prefer a absolute quiet stay with a view in a garden area, but the town center reachable in foot distance of 15-20 Minutes, you'll definitely like it

It was a very pleasant experience, the location was good, very close to the station, the room was clean and hygienic, and the kitchen supplies were the most complete of this trip. It was very convenient for us to buy it by ourselves.Will stay again next time in Belgium

We had a great stay! The apartment was bright, clean, and well-designed—everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance to the city center. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Mark was easy throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Antwerp!

It was my second stay at Tony and Nadine's place and it was as comfortable as the first time. It's a very well-thought and cozy place!
