Our home on the canal is a very special place! We are on a quiet street, the neighbors are friendly, and the canal view will bring a peaceful calm to your soul. You are a short 20 min. drive south to Fort Myers Beach, among many other tourist attractions nearby, like the Edison and Ford Estates & Golf courses, 3 miles up McGregor. There is a Publix, Walgreens, a neighborhood Market 4 mins away, along with numerous restaurants. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your fun visit.

The modern exterior of the home is highlighted by a manicured lawn and tropical landscaping, featuring palm trees and colorful shrubs. A paved driveway leads to a two-car garage, while a covered entrance invites guests into the villa.
