We had the most wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean and absolutely perfect! The pool was amazing! We absolutely LOVED our stay and wanted to stay an extra day! Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

We had a fantastic stay! It was a perfect home for our family! The location is ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything you might need. The canal view was so peaceful, and we loved spending time by the pool. The house is upgraded, spacious, and very thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is beautiful and we really enjoyed the coffee bar and the large island! There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out. The hosts were organized and prepared. They provided both a digital and printed guidebook with helpful info about the house and local things to do. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra toiletries, towel hooks in all the right spots, extra beach towels, pool/beach items, and just an overall sense that they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Anything you could want, this home has it! We brought all of our kid, and they said this was their favorite vacation. They stayed in the swimming pool and loved having their own space. Thank you to the host who gave us local recommendations and was super responsive! We hope to be back again.

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything I needed. I really enjoyed being able to walk to so many nice bars and restaurants.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed this place, perfect for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the details in the house—beach chairs, pool, barbecue etc. very close to the beach, shops, restaurants— if you like true Mexican there is Mi Casita 2 minute drive. Thank you for being a great host.

The unit was spotless and everything you need came with the unit. Adam was very helpful in anything we inquired and responded immediately. We were very well pleased and will be back sooner than later .

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. For families looking for space in a four-bedroom house with security and all the amenities, plus an excellent location, this is the place

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!
