This comfortable ground-floor apartment is one of two units, ideal for a couple or a small family. The home features a lovely private terrace and a bright, spacious living room located right next to it, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. Guests also have access to a shared garden with direct, private access to the sea — a perfect setting for a peaceful coastal stay.

It is is on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by a large fenced Sicilien garden, in front of the largest and beautiful beaches of Taormina. The apartment has three bedrooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms and a private entrance in the garden. It is close to restaurants, shops, and buses to the historic center. It has free private parking for one car. Upon arrival guests are required to pay a daily tourist tax (set by the municipality of Taormina) of €3 per adult (over 12 years of age).

Casa Melina is close to the archaeological park, bars, restaurants, groceries and public transport stops. It is equipped with every comfort for your holidays between sea, nature and culture. Giardini are located between Taormina and Catania, and close to the Etna park, where you can immerse yourself in various food and wine routes.

Additionally, the villa features sea water swimming pool with solarium with deck chairs which are shared with the two other apartments on our villa.

The cozy Sicilian classic style home has a bedroom with a balcony facing the sea, TV, fridge, air conditioner, wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub and courtesy set. The bed arrangement is double, but upon request at the time of booking it can also be two single beds. There is no use of the kitchen but we are available to provide cutlery and dishes. The accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
