Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mazatlan

It's a cozy little place but has everything that you need. Cable TV has several channels along with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The 2 ACs work great. Comfy little couch. Washer & dryer came in handy. Overall, not bad.

Overall this Airbnb was good. Marlen was who I spoke with the whole time. She was wonderful and helped me with everything I needed. Gave me Great instructions and directions on how to enter the property from the gate code to the house keys she made everything very easy. The pool was about a 2 minute walk. The pool is very nice. The rooms were located upstairs the beds I would say were twin size or full size beds. Overall the house was clean but not spotless. We had Ac units throughout the house. 😊 also if you order uber you might have to walk to the gate which is about 2-3 minutes.

Very clean place, very comfortable, with all the amenities offered, super well located, close to everything and with very fast access roads, quiet and safe place, it is the second time I have stayed here, and I will do it again in the future

First off i want to say thank you to Rodrigo he’s a great host and he really took care of us as if we were family. Rodrigo was able to find solutions for everything and would always communicate with me in a timely manner. Thank you again for the hospitality i really enjoyed the beautiful house and my weekend in Mazatlan.

A perfect stay! I had a wonderful experience in this house. It was a family trip. From the very beginning, Ramona was incredibly attentive and helpful, responding to my messages quickly and making sure everything was in order. The house itself is impeccable, clean and very well organized, which made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Access is very easy, which was a great relief upon arrival. The location is excellent; there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away, and the beach is so close that it was a pleasure to be able to enjoy the sea at any time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The images are accurate, the amenities of the subdivision are also excellent.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Looks just like pictures. As usual we had questions once we got there and Alonso was able to answer in a timely manner. We had an early flight and they allowed us to leave our luggages inside the apartment which helped us a lot. There is a washer and dryer, which is convenient, but be aware that detergent or Clorox is not provided. Alonso was able to get us some upon request. There is also a coffee maker available, but no coffee, sugar, or basic condiments were supplied. These are small details to keep in mind when planning your stay, so you can come prepared. Overall totally recommended.

It's a clean, pretty place

This was a lovely condo in a great area, right on the Malecon, with a terrace overlooking the park and the sea. It was very walkable, just a short distance to the marketplaces and other parts of the city. Ubers are also always available at very low cost. Our beds were comfortable and the condo was well-equipped. I even found a yoga mat in the closet. The swimming pool and rooftop were beautiful with expansive coastal/sea views. The desk staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back for another stay! You will need to get filtered water for drinking and cooking for a small cost from the staff in the lobby. One note: the elevator broke on the last day we were there, and since we were on the 8th floor, it was a bit of a challenge, but fitter folks would have be fine. The host offered to move us to another location, and also sent her own staff to carry all of our luggage down to the street the next morning. So we could not have asked for a better host or a better stay!

The place is very nice, the view of the bay is impressive, the apartment is in the best location in Mazatlan, you have everything at hand and there are also several restaurants and convenience stores only when leaving the building. The truth is 100% recommended, also Mr. Luis is available at all times and is very pleasant.

my reaction when i 1st walked in the door was, i’m in Mexico now, the apartment was colorful, cozy & comfortable. i loved the location as i was so close to everything & yet it was still a quiet area. i only needed to communicate with the hosts once or twice & their responses came very quickly. i would definitely stay here again
