Everything in order, Diego was always attentive from the time I booked and until my vacation ended, a lot of communication, the place was excellent, the service was the best, the house was super comfortable, just as it looked in the photos. It is worth mentioning that I had a problem getting around and Diego helped me. Although it was not his problem, he was available in the wee hours. I definitely highly recommend it, an excellent place to spend a few days relaxing and vacationing. Thank you Diego!

This villa is accurately described as a Gem! The house is super comfortable, very cute and super well located. You can walk everywhere and it is in a very quiet part of downtown. Great to come with a family as everyone can have their own space and enjoy chilling by the pool or having a relaxed time in the hammock. Gorgeous space, wished I stayed longer!

I had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, bars, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it's a great place away from the hustle and bustle and drunkenness. Excellent for family tranquility. It just needs general maintenance. I would suggest just changing the room screen for a larger and more modern one, improving the internet signal would be something essential for those of us who come with children.

Sergio was great to work with, he was responsive and helpful. When I reached out about the damage in the unit he immediately gave us a full refund and drove us to our new accommodation. While, unfortunately, his unit wasn’t suitable for us he was great and offered us a different unit that was in much better shape (we had already found something else, so accepted his offer of a refund). I would highly recommend Sergio.

The house is very nice, it is minutes away from restaurants and beach. It's very clean, and they're always ready for your needs. My only recommendation is a larger coffee maker haha, there were 9 of us and we had to do several runs. Anyway, everything was great.

a very nice stay! The host was always attentive. The only detail is perhaps that it is a bit far from the boardwalk and all the tourist spots in Mazatlan. Approximately 25 minutes from there if you go by car, everything is great.
