Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

This studio may only be 300 sq. feet, but it has everything you need, and more! Everything is brand new, including the apartment, and ready for you! A comfortable queen bed, couch, and a mini kitchen with everything you can think of. The closet has lots of shelving and plenty of hanging space.
