sehr nette Unterkunft, alles hat bestens und unkompliziert geklappt. Man findet sich sofort gut zurechtich. Das Häuschen ist mit großer Unmsicht und liebevoll renoviert. Die Ausblicke in die Berglandschaft sind überwältigend. Hätte nur folgende Empfehlung: Vielleicht könnte man den Ort der Müllentsorgung etwas besser dokumentieren. Es wäre auch super wenn es eine Rodel beim Haus gäbe, denn das ist immer ein bisschen unpraktisch mitzunehmen.

WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Fantastic location in the Old Town of Salzburg. There are many stairs to get up to the entrance, but after hiking in the hills for a week this wasn't too bad. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal bei Stuart zu Gast und haben uns gleich wieder wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es ist wirklich toll Stuart als Gastgeber zu haben, er ist gut erreichbar, immer nett und hilfsbereit :). Man hat das ganze Haus für sich, was ein großer Luxus ist und wir immer sehr genießen! In Kaprun kann man alles vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen, hat aber gleichzeitig seine Ruhe um sich super zu erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mehrmals wieder um Stuarts Gäste zu sein :)!

Georg était un hôte exceptionnel, chaleureux et accueillant. J’ai rarement été aussi en confiance en arrivant quelque part ! Son logement, entouré de nature, est parfait pour une déconnexion totale – et pour ceux qui aiment être réveillés par un coq. Petit conseil : arrivez de préférence avant la tombée de la nuit pour trouver plus facilement le logement, et pensez à demander le numéro de Georg à l’avance pour le contacter en cas de besoin.

I had the pleasure of staying at Stefanie’s apartment in Austria, and I can honestly say it was the best experience ever. I cannot thank her enough for her incredible hospitality, generosity, and the care she put into every detail of the place. The apartment felt like home ، spacious, comfortable, and full of warmth. We truly felt relaxed and happy during our stay. Stefanie is simply the best, and without a doubt, I will always come back to this wonderful place. Thank you so much Abdullah 🫶🤍

Sehr schöne und rustikale Unterkunft, alles war, wie es in dem Inserat beschrieben war - Kinder und Hunde waren willkommen, die Örtlichkeit ist dafür auch gut ausgelegt! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert! Mit dem Auto hat man viele Möglichkeiten, umliegende Aktivitäten zu besuchen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe! Durch und durch zu empfehlen!

The apartment is lovely and has everything you would need, plus more! The view from the balcony was incredible and we were able to use it due to the lovely weather we had. The other facilities were great too, like the ski equipment room and the indoor pool, although that could have been warmer 😊. There was plenty of room to park in the car park and I have to say that it is absolutely essential that you have a car because you can’t walk to any facilities outside of the apartment, apart from one restaurant at Hotel Handlerhof, which is absolutely lovely and is a must to go there for dinner. The other restaurant is at the Hintermoos ski centre called Riverside, which is ok, but you couldn’t walk there even though we were told you could. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill, so even walking down hill would probably take at least half an hour but walking back up would take you double that. Overall a lovely holiday and we would definitely return.
