Maurach am Achensee is a winter and summer holiday paradise. The independent four-room part of the wooden house is rented out in shifts of at least 3 days. The house is warm, friendly, and when it was built, we avoided the use of modern interior design materials as much as possible. The house is comfortable and cost-effective for teams of 8 people and I rent it to that many people, but it is spacious and equipped enough for more people to fit. Well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 toilets, parking for 2 cars, courtyard, barbecue, terrace, balcony.

The small 14 m² apartment is perfect for those passing through who are looking for a clean, stylish place to stay and require humane prices. The room with bathroom is located in the basement of a family house, but is hillside and therefore equipped with windows on the forest side. Laundry, dog and breakfast service possible

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are located at the entrance of the Zillertal and are a good starting point for cycling tours. Lake Achensee is about 10 minutes by car or by the Achensee railway, which is also within walking distance of Jenbach station in about 15 minutes (1.3 km), as well as the Zillertalbahn. There are also good inns and shopping nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

Welcome to the Bärenblick Achensee vacation home! Our cozy home is located directly on the beautiful Lake Achen and yes, the name says it all - the view from the window shows directly to the majestic Bärenkopf. Pure nature, right outside the front door. Our apartment is 70 square meters and is cozy with modern accents and rustic charm. Our house is located at the foot of the Rofan and approx. 10 minutes' walk from Lake Achen.

The apartment is about 37 m² and has a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with functionally equipped kitchenette with 4-burner induction stove, dining table, armchair, TV, a conservatory and balcony with garden view. Please note that children aged 2 years and older are considered full-paying guests and must be indicated as adults in the number of people.

The apartment is about 25 m² and has a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2-plate electric stove, sink, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils, a sitting area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony with lake view. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people (including babies and toddlers).

A new built 33m2 apartment with lake views and easy access to village, lake, ski lifts, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails. Open plan room with king size bed, TV, WIFI, couch, dining table, full size kitchen with oven, hot plate, dishwasher and coffee machine, a spacious bathroom with shower and terrace with outdoor furniture.

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
