We had a wonderful stay! The master suite is huge and the bathroom is dreamy. We didn’t really use the backyard bc it was winter but it was great for our pup! Kitchen was small but did the job (no microwave). We had issues with streaming on the “guest” accounts but we always travel with our own firestick so we were fine. The beds were super comfortable (firm memory foam type) but it was quite bright in the upstairs bedrooms in the morning bc several of the windows had no covering so if you need a blackout situation for little ones pack accordingly. We were able to put the provided pack and play in the closet which was fine for us! We would definitely recommend and return!

Great spot in Hampton Bays! The house was as described and in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Super close drive to the beach and a couple of local restaurants and eateries. Loved how private the spot felt too! David’s done a wonderful job with the backyard, so you get the comfort of having close neighbors without the intrusiveness. Pool was awesome. We definitely enjoyed it!

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

Book this house!!! We loved our stay here! In town for a wedding and we were so happy we actually got some time to spend at the house because it was so beautiful. The yard was so peaceful for coffee in the mornings and the view of the vineyard in the back was awesome. We brought our dog with us and he also loved the yard. We would definitely book this house again! Loved it!!

Nanette and Jaime were wonderful hosts. The house felt like home, and the place felt bigger than what it seemed like from the photos. Our family enjoyed the time in the hot tub (also not shown in photos) during the chillier evening. Thank you for a wonderful time!

My family and I had a wonderful stay - very peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully appointed and well- stocked. The pool is fantastic and was kept quite warm during a chilly Memorial day weekend. Ann Marie (host) is kind and communicative. We'd definitely return!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

Maher’s home is so elegant and mid —such great taste. He was such a kind host and so very easy to communicate with. The pool was lovely and the garden and back so pretty. We had a brilliant time! Thank you.

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The house was exactly as you see in the photos and located on a quiet, tree-lined street, an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We were blessed with beautiful weather and particularly enjoyed the sun-lit rooms in the morning. Great mattress, nicely renovated bathrooms, and very clean. It was too early for the pool but my husband enjoyed sunning on the pool deck. Overall, we really felt you couldn’t beat the location. Highly recommend.

It was easy to find, plenty of parking, nice backyard space, the house was as described and pictured. We felt right at home!

Meredith’s cottage in Jamesport is the perfect North Fork getaway—spacious yet quaint, with incredible charm. The beach views are spectacular, offering peaceful sunrises and relaxing evenings. Meredith was a fantastic host—super attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better: quiet and serene, yet close to everything from wineries and farm stands to local restaurants. It’s a quintessential North Fork home, and we can’t wait to return.

The Boulder Lake House was absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do the home justice. They have everything you can possibly need inside and it was immaculately clean! We traveled with our 2 & 4 year olds who are very particular about things & they loved the house. Made themselves right at home. The amenities were endless and the kitchen was a treasure to use; we ate home for every meal. We had an issue with the deck door & owner was at the house within 20 minutes to help. Very respectful & helpful. I would definitely reserve this house in the future.

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

Melissa is a great host. This is a prime location within walking distance to downtown, and close to a beach and park. We would stay here again.

We had the most wonderful and peaceful fall weekend at Brooke’s cozy cottage to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and felt like a warm home away from home. Brooke went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving us complimentary champagne and wine to kick off our celebration. The location was perfect for enjoying the crisp fall air and stunning foliage, providing the peaceful retreat we were hoping for. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back for another stay!

The bungalow-style house in Hampton Bays was a lovely, quaint, and relaxing place for us NYC folk who needed a getaway that was fairly easy to get to. The place was very clean when we arrived, and was just as advertised in the pics. The grounds are lovely, and the deck is huge and great to chill out on. The Beds were all comfy for our tastes. The only minor complaint is that the gas was not turned on for the stove/oven use. There was a microwave, small toaster oven, and a gas grill on the deck, so we improvised cooking our meals. James was very much responsive with any and all questions. The street we stayed on is a quiet residential street. Very Hampton Bays! It was also nostalgic for me, since I used to go out there are a kid to my grandfather's bungalows. Definitely a spot we'd look forward to returning.
