This home is located on the North Fork of Long Island in the heart of wine country. We have a beautiful winery within close walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful beaches and a short ferry ride to Shelter Island. There’s great restaurants and shopping in the town of Greenport and close to Love Lane in Mattituck. There is also exciting things to do in the town of Riverhead, including shopping at Tanger and the Riverhead Raceway.

This was the perfect place for our family to get away from the city. It was a family friendly home that was perfect for our little one. The house was clean and came with all of the necessary essentials we needed. The location was private and serene while still accessible to lots of wonderful local restaurants and stores. The beach was easily accessible and within walking distance. Additionally, Morgan was responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend it to any family.

Beautiful, well-appointed home near the bay in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was squeaky clean, lots of bath towels, toiletries available. The weather didn’t allow us to sit on the deck but I imagine it would be lovely. Room in the yard for croquet! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Mockingbird nesting next to the garage was a treat!

Modern Mattituck Escape

We didn’t want to Leave!We stayed for a long weekend in May. A family of 7 adults & one 3 year old. This house was perfect for our stay. The photos of Ryan’s place doesn’t do it justice. The family with the 3 year old had the entire lower level all to themselves. A Bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom, living room with tv, walkout to the back yard. It had everything to entertain including a big playroom full of toys. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room, living room and well appointed kitchen. It is on the end of quiet street on a cul de sac. Behind the fenced yard were woods and marsh. Within a 3 minute drive to wineries. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Our grandson cried knowing we had to leave. I almost did too. I can’t wait to return

Wonderful stay for a week at the Mattituck house. Beautifully renovated old farm house, with an amazing patio, pool and yard area. Well appointed kitchen. Great location walking to Love Lane and Magic fountain. Two small things to note for renters 1) the pool is very nice but not heated, and 2) the stairs are very steep, so may not be suitable for young children. Lovey stay

The most memorable experience of my 2025! Firstly, the cottage is absolutely stunning! The furniture is super comfortable and clean and the interior design is super cute and welcoming. This was a birthday trip for my gf and it couldn’t have gone any better. We followed Alias guidebook from restaurants to sunset sailing to cruising the nearby beach on the e-bikes Alia has to offer in the garage. I love how close everything is to the cottage but also how private we were located for a peaceful stay. The nearby town has flower shops, amazing restaurants, boutiques, cafes and bakeries. We decided to enjoy it all the way through and now we want to book again. Alia even recommended activities outside of Greenport like in Sag Harbor and Shelter island which we ofc followed. After all the shopping and exploring we came home to a beautiful cottage with an outside fire pit and hammock with deers resting nearby. A magical experience, 100% recommend! Will book again soon!
