We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The house is located in a small residential area with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
