Vizinhança muito agradável, muito bem localizada. Apartamento moderno, bem equipado. Gostei muito e retornaria com muito prazer. Ana Sofia nos atendeu muito bem.

Staying in Gaia on our visit to Porto was the right call for us. Beautiful sunset views, in my opinion better than the park or the bridge - right from the bedroom balcony - 9th floor. Just a few minute walk to Dom Luis bridge, 10-20 minutes down to the port warehouses and docks. Easy/lovely cross to Porto waterfront. Very comfortable - this place worked great and Sonia is very helpful and communicative.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had — 10/10. The location is perfect, right in front of the Porto Cathedral with a beautiful view, and just a short walk to the Douro River, Gaia, and São Bento Station. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. I appreciated the generous supply of towels and the thoughtful touch of a complimentary bottle of port wine. Another great bonus was the washer and dryer in the basement — a huge help for longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

The apartment is amazing. Very clean, renovated and stylish. They invested a lot in apartment like it was for the owners to live. Sound isolation was perfect, we didn’t hear any noise from neighbours. All the household appliances/equipment were stuffed with expensive brands. Washing machine Bosch could also quickly dry our clothes. There were more than enough dishes and glasses. It was worth our money, we liked it a lot and will come back. Some areas for improvement: 1) Usually it is very nice to have just 2-3 tea packets and 2-3 coffee capsules, as well as some sugar sticks. When you have a late check in, it will be really helpful. 2) the code for the locker where the key was hidden did not work. But we called and support center helped us quickly providing another code. 3) later check out is impossible (we asked to stay 1 hour longer till 12:00). Thanks

If you are contemplating whether or not to book this property, book it. Book it now. Not only was the property beautiful, impeccably clean and centrally located, the hosts were absolutely incredible. From the moment I booked my stay, the hosts proactively checked in to make sure we would have the most enjoyable experience possible. Their response time was always fast and they were nothing but friendly at all times. No request was too much. They went as far as to go out and purchase us a brand new drying rack in real time, simply because the existing one had minor wear and tear. They are simply amazing hosts. As for the property, it was not only architecturally stunning, but it was fully stocked with everything one would need for an extended stay (including baby items). The property is also located literally steps away from clothing stores, coffee shops, bakeries, Michelin restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers and the famous Mercado do Bolhão. . 10/10 would recommend.

Ivan’s place was absolutely perfect! Great location, great views, great rooms and decor was so modern. This place was the highlight of our stay in Portugal. Ivan was attentive and responded immediately for any questions. This was one of my best Airbnb stays ever!

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien passée. La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la plage. Séjour très agréable et Ruca au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The house is gorgeous and very well located. The garden overlooks the Douro river. Perfect to watch the sunset! Marcos and Madalena were very friendly and responsive. The house is a few minutes walk to shops and a lovely bakery for breakfast. We highly recommend the stay.

Patricia a toujours été disponible pour échanger tout en étant agréable. L’appartement a été récupéré propre et en très bon état. Il est très bien, attention tout de même aux escaliers :) Le quartier est un peu excentré mais calme et sécurisé. Merci Patricia pour ce séjour!

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, wobei man am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen gehen kann. Das Treiben auf der Promenade geht manchmal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Maria greeted us and had cheese and cold beverages and a few other amenities in the fridge , we were able to get some great information she was very friendly and helpful . The views were fantastic exactly like the photo’s . Went to the Espinho market on Monday it was huge great deals and something for everyone was easy to get there . Plenty of walkways all along the ocean you can walk for miles . The train station is very close that you can take to Porto just FYI if you do take the train to Sao Bento Porto which is the downtown you have to change to Train 2 at the main station. This area is easy to get around and parking was close and free. Would love to come back to this area to explore some more .

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Porto. Tout était propre, confortable et fonctionnel. L’emplacement est top : à deux pas de l’animation du centre, tout en étant au calme pour bien se reposer. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande à 100 % !

We had a fabulous stay! The location could not have been better and the charm of the apartment allowed us to feel like we were really in the heart of Porto. The team were lovely, very welcoming and responsive. We will be highly recommending this place to our friends who may travel to Porto.

This place was super clean. kitchen well organized. Location was superb...close to the Se Cathedral and also the bridge. there are 4 bedrooms which is very hard to find. There was no street noise and the Views were great from the balcony and host was kind enough to provide complimentary port wine and cookies.

6 of us stayed 5 nights in Joana’s apartment last week. It was a perfect set up for two couples and two teenage kids. Joana is extremely responsive to any questions and even provided me with a product she doesn’t usually keep at the apartment that I asked about. She went over and above to make us feel comfortable and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. She met us on check-in and did a quick overview of Porto but was very cognizant of our having traveled overnight so tried to make it short. We went to 2 restaurants she recommended both of which were terrific. Having a washer (and dryer which you don’t always see in Europe) was great. We would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Dal 22 al 29 maggio, con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tutti gli elettrodomestici in cucina e nel bagno sono nuovi. Tutta la biancheria, da letto e da bagno, è stata disponibile e perfetta. Letto matrimoniale comodo e grande Inoltre in casa c'è un wi-fi perfetto e veloce e due condizionatori nuovi L'alloggio si trova vicino a Campanha, in una zona tranquilla ed il condominio è molto silenzioso. David è stato gentile e disponibile rispondendo immediatamente alle nostre domande Soggiorno da rifare sicuramente ... Consigliatissimo. This is the second time I have stayed at one of Christoph’s properties and once again it did not disappoint. Only a couple of minutes downhill to the Duoro river and the Pont Luis. Amazing restaurants on the doorstep and a great place to wander and discover new things. Loved the place.

Great location right in the city center, within walking distance to everything around. Parking spot was very convenient and safe as it was in a private underground parking lot. The place was very clean, quiet and had everything that we could need! Would highly recommend.
