Anttipoffi was completed in 1852 as a residential house for the employees of the ironworks. Its location in the middle of the Ruukkikylä, close to the guest marina, beach, village boutiques and restaurants, as well as Lake Matilda and Teijo's nature trails, is the best for a relaxing holiday or an active sports holiday. Mathildedal is a year-round destination, thanks to the entrepreneurs who live here. The village is busiest in summer and many consider it to be at its most authentic outside of that time. It's always unique, that's why I bought my vacation home here.

A cozy cottage by the lake in Karjalohja awaits you about an hour's drive from the Helsinki metropolitan area. The cottage has a living room, bedroom, sleeping alcove, hallway, dressing room and sauna (approx. 44m2). In addition, guests have access to a guest house with two separate small rooms and sleeping accommodations for up to three. At best, the cottage's facilities are used by 2-4 people during the winter months, but during the summer, even a larger group can fit. Here you can relax and enjoy your own peace.

Villa Viktoria is a large, luxurious design house by the sea. It´s just 50 m from the water, and comes with a private (40 m) section of the sand beach. Reachable by car. Neighbours nearby, but the location still offers good privacy. Excellent kitchen! Has it all! Sauna, bathtub and double showers with sea view! Washing/drying machine. Basic amenities, e.g. wifi, TV, dishes, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee and water kettle, etc., detergents can be found in the cabin. Sofa bed with 140 cm thick mattress & pillows/blankets. Pricing max. two. Bring your own bed linen & towels for the visit. Not for rent as a party venue!

The idyllic cottage is located on the top of a slope, in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful scenery. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the meter readings before and after your stay.

Remontoitu asunto mahtavalla esteettömällä merinäköalalla, vain 200m rantaravintoloista, puistoista sekä rannasta. 300m päässä takapihalta on keskustan kävelykatu ostosmahdollisuuksilla, ja vain 500m päässä lumoava vanha kaupunki. Asunnossa iso lasitettu parveke, josta avautuu upea auringonlaskunäkymä meren sekä vierasvenesataman yli. Asunnossa 1x140cm parisänky sekä vuodesohva 140cm. Lakanat/Pyyhket löytyy ilmaiseksi, mutta majoittujan on pestävä nämä itse käytön jälkeen ennen lähtöä.

Completed in 2023, it offers high-end design with locally sourced materials, an open living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The covered terrace has an 8-person jacuzzi, gas BBQ, and sea views. Guests can enjoy a private sauna and a range of resort amenities, including a sandy beach, sports courts, mini golf, a playground, nature trails, and the unique cave sauna.
