The apartment is located right in the city center, but the sounds of the city are not heard in the apartment. The market square is just a block away. The railway station and bus station are about 1 km away. There are good shopping opportunities nearby, e.g. The Hansa shopping mall is across the street. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is a bright studio on the top floor. The sleeping area has a 140 cm wide bed and the sofa can also be turned into a 140 cm wide bed if necessary.

Despite the location, the sounds of traffic are hardly heard in the apartment. The apartment has a well-equipped renovated kitchen, plenty of storage space, a glazed balcony and a TV for the guest's use. Check-in from 5 pm and check-out no later than 2 pm. All services are quickly available and the nearest store is just around the corner.
