The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. Cosy Hut with TV, Wifi. Amazing walks and pubs

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs or children under 16 . Our cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly.

This was a wonderful countryside accommodation. A very private location with outside terrace and fenced lawn. Wonderful to see the ewe’s with their lambs in the field beyond the lawn. The inside accommodation is warm, clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped. There are lovely walks directly from the accommodation and National Trust properties and Tunbridge Wells a short drive away. Joseph is a delightful and friendly host. We enjoyed three nights during a lovely warm spell in March. I would very much like to return to Hoppers Huts in a different season.

Mary was fantastic, giving us lots of information before we arrived and was there to greet us when we arrived. She gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and information on the local area. Mary's place was easy to find and within a short stroll of everywhere you would wish to go. It was spotlessly clean and had everything and more you would need. I would not hesitate in staying here again, it really was a great place with a fantastic host.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, stylish and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the attention to detail really made it feel like a luxury stay (fluffy towels, soft bed linen, high-end toiletries etc). The garden and pool were gorgeous and we really enjoyed relaxing in those spaces and spotting the wildlife (woodpeckers, squirrels, kestrels). We had total privacy but the owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive if we needed them. A five star stay in close reach of farm shops, pubs, a winery, national trust properties and shopping.

Newly updated Barn on edge of town with huge bed!

Great place to stay for the week. We used it as a base for day trips, which worked really well. I’d note that the kitchen (including fridge) is compact, which is fine but if you’re planning to eat all your meals there I would suggest avoiding one big food shop. Lovely big bathroom but do consider your own comfort / mobility getting in and out of the bath to use the shower (this is all well documented in the listing photos). Julia’s place has a lovely, homely feel to it and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

A unique chandelier made of antlers hangs from the ceiling, adding a rustic touch. The wall is painted in a deep teal color, contrasting with the light wood beams above. Sunlight streams through the partially open blinds, illuminating framed art pieces mounted on the wall.

Charming one bedroom coach house, Matfield, Kent

Beautiful place, wonderful host and will definitely be back again. Such thoughtful touches like leaving warm bread, milk and a lovely surprise for my partners birthday. The host was super responsive and gave us really helpful tips for the local area. If you need a taxi try AJs taxis, he was by far the cheapest and most friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
