Stay home and enjoy rocking chair porches and deck. Full sized equipped kitchen, books, records, yoga set up & WiFi in sunroom office or bring your codes and watch your favorite shows. Rest peacefully in 3 lg bedrooms w 2 king and one queen sized memory foam mattresses and down comforters and pillows. Come, relax, enjoy

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

Welcome to "The Regency!" You will be living the "sweet life" on this modern, impeccably built and designed houseboat that offers all the amenities of home, including two living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, two beds, two baths, designer furnishings, and a deck to enjoy the sunsets on the Cape Fear River. The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Davy Jones' Loft Treehouse & Treasure Hunt

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!
