Beachfront vacation rentals in Marzocca

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll. Schön geräumig, tolle Lage und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, top! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Super war auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit Ewa war auch hervorragend. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rimini kommen würden, würde ich die Wohnung nochmal nehmen. Wirklich super und sehr zu empfehlen!

Nonostante un inconveniente con l'alloggio Michele si è prodigato risolvendo al meglio, permettendoci di godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno !

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Appartamento di fronte alla spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata, lungomare ciclabile e pedonale e a 5 minuti di macchina si arriva in centro a Senigallia . Tutto come nella descrizione , torneremo

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort hat hervorragend funktioniert, Francesco hat uns selbst die Wohnung gezeigt und alles wichtige erklärt. Zudem war er immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und ein MiniMarket für den täglichen Bedarf ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es war von unserer Seite her ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto e come in foto, pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario, con parcheggi immediatamente davanti e un bel giardino privato. La spiaggia, la piscina e il bar ristorante sono vicinissimi e tutto il villaggio è molto curato. Molto consigliato!

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo alloggio delizioso e, come la prima volta, siamo davvero felici di averlo scelto. Stefano è un host eccellente, cordiale e sempre disponibile, la zona è tranquilla ma punteggiata di tanti bar, ristoranti, supermercati e simili, l’appartamentino è vicinissimo al mare (raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti) e la stazione di Rimini Viserba (anch’essa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) permette comodi collegamenti con le località circostanti. Questo alloggio è un’ottima opzione anche per chi non è automunito, grazie alla sua eccellente posizione. Il self-check-in è comodissimo e facile da gestire, e Stefano fa sempre del suo meglio per consentire orari di check-in e check-out il più possibile flessibili e comodi per gli ospiti. Consigliatissimo 🥰 P.S.: Al nostro arrivo, Stefano ci ha fatto trovare sia delle bibite in frigo che dei biscotti di benvenuto!

Siamo state davvero molto bene, ottimo l’alloggio, molto pulito ed ordinato. Gli host amichevoli e sempre disponibili. Ottima posizione, molto vicina la mare. Pace e tranquillità davvero apprezzabili. Super consigliato

Schöne Unterkunft, alles war sehr sauber, und nette Vermieter. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, der Strand wirklich gleich um die Ecke - genauso wie ein richtig guter Pizza-Imbiss.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.
