Monthly Rentals in Marzamemi

Perfect location for my wife, 2yo son and I. A short, safe walk from the bustling marina (but far enough to escape any noise), and straight over the road from a lovely, quiet beach. We had a few unfortunate complications during our stay, but these were not Elisa's fault - internet failure, broken toilet flush, power outage. in fact, these only served to demonstrate what an excellent host Elisa is. Even later at night, she was quick to respond and everything was resolved in no time and with the minimum of fuss. The apartment itself was spotless, the shower was powerful and easy to control. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals (although the restaurants were so good and such good value, we very rarely did!). The roof terrace is a wonderful space to relax with a glass of wine, watching the sun set. Maybe better suited to couples or families with older children due to the steps and corners, but we felt comfortable and safe all the time.

Really convenient location, you can forget the car and experience the town with its beaches, if for a few days, or if you have more time, from three days onwards, to visit the area. A few kilometers away you will find all sorts of good things. Beaches, nature, cities, and of course, eating everything nearby or very close. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. For two adults, maximum three. You have to get used to the spiral staircase, which joins the three levels. A breathtaking view of the sunrises from the bedroom window! Agostina, very helpful and quick to respond. Always ready to give advice and help. We'll be back. (There were two of us, for 8 days).

Piero is very kind and super helpful. The attic apartment is spectacular. Both for the view from the terrace, and for the opposite that is created inside the apartment (only if you live in the lower Bresciana you can appreciate it) and for the impeccable condition of the apartment. Private parking is a manna. The apartment is already equipped with everything you need. The location is very convenient as you can reach the center of Marzamemi in not even 5 minutes on foot. If I have to go back to Marzamemi, I already have Piero's number.
