Great stay unbelievable house I would definitely go back there

Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

A five-star experience, fantastic. The owner of the house has very good English and is a very good person.

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Helen was responsive, flexible and made things very easy for us from the onset as well as giving us great recommendations and the location is just moments away from the beautiful backbeach where you can observe an enviable sunset each day. Great house, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen as well as bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. Lovely deck, super easy check in, nice neighbourhood with shops close by as well as the beach all by walking distance. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime again.

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Capel Sounds. The property was bright, clean, and in pristine condition. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

It is a nice place to stay and you can travel to several places around to communicate with the nature. Conney is super kind and helpful, she provided effective help and tried her best to assist us. The house is clean and large, worth for you to stay!

Gabriella was such an attentive host. The house was spacious, clutter free and was peaceful for us to relax in. The local shops were walking distance which we loved and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend this accomodation and will be returning again :)

This place is amazing. Some places you go almost feel clinical… but this place was so welcoming and inviting. The hosts have thought of it all. Every item in the home is perfectly thought out. Heaps of space. A beautiful outlook. You just won’t want to leave.

It's a stunning house and surrounds. Very clean throughout. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated, but we did receive a message the morning of our booking to let us know we shouldn't run a bath after 6pm - something to do with an electric hot water service and not reheating for 4hrs. I also was made aware that morning that only 3 of the bedrooms would be open for our stay. We are 6 single women so would have liked more bed options available. I *think* the extra rooms may be available at a cost so perhaps confirm at time of booking, just something to keep in mind if you aren't wanting to bedshare. There is some tweaking needed to get the temp right in this house for winter. Needs to be warmer for the evening when you are in the communal spaces and cooler at night when you're in bedrooms. Frank and Grace are nearby onsite and will manage the temp for you - they were responsive during our stay even at 10:30pm. Beautiful home with lots of potential to be an Airbnb fave!

Heritage Retreat’s property was amazing. Can fit so many people and although we loved our stay in the middle of winter, this property can be so enjoyable in the summer. Great and responsive staff. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a girls weekend away or plenty of room for the whole family. Very clean and communication with Great was awesome. A 2 min walk to grab a nice coffee or dinner. Loved it!

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!
